This is just about the only place I buy shoes and always make a stop here when I'm in town to see if they have anything I can't live without. Most recently I visited to buy a new pilot's bag. The crew was friendly and efficient. It was easy to find what I needed and the store was clean and organized. It doesn't always seem to have as much merchandise as other Nordstrom Rack stores I've been to, but it's worth a stop.

I bought a cute pair of jeans from them because revolve was sold out. They sent me used or worn jeans because the tag that is sewn in was missing and the white strings were hanging out. I started messaging them. NO one responds. I call the shop and leave voicemails nothing. One lady says I can return them and ship back. But I shouldn't have to pay shipping when I'd keep these pants had they not been worn, stretched out etc... I would have probably not made a fuss had customer service even tried to rectify the situation. But not calling me back. And not emailing me back a label. I will NEVER buy from here. There were lots of "Free People" clothing items here, and artisan jewelry pieces. Ok, so customer service is lacking, despite there being no shortage of employees. Selection is okay. Nothing that really fits my style. But the prices were pretty decent for being a thrift store. It didn't feel like they marked used items close to new prices the way GoodWill does. So that's a plus. The store was clean, spacious, and organized. Would I return? Nope. There was nothing egregiously wrong with my experience here. But I was bored. There was nothing memorable about it, and nothing to bring me back. Honestly, if it weren't for Yelp and documenting my experiences of places, this is one I'd have already forgotten about. It was that bland and boring to me.

I did not keep that email there was no code so I went in and he said there was no such thing as 50% off. The worker seem to know what's going on. But He cut her off and and then said his son who owns the business had him delete an email and that he would not give me any 50% off of anything unless I could show him something. I will never return here again. He did not try to reach out to his father nor was I provided for.
