I was honestly stressed and didn't think anything could be done. Natalia and her team worked absolute magic. They were able to loosen the dress (which so many places said was nearly impossible!) and they got me in quickly. I had my dress back the very next day, fitting perfectly. The price was more than reasonable, especially for the quality and the turnaround time. Not only did they save the day, but they made me feel beautiful in a dress I was originally dreading to wear. They know about different fabrics that have newer finishes on them. They were very careful and thorough, processing the dress through several times to get it just right. They even called to extend the service for one day so they could take their time. Both people who were at the counter were upbeat and friendly. Even though I live across town, this will be the cleaner I go to. They know what they are doing! The cost was VERY reasonable, good value.

We brought my daughter's wedding dress to Karen to be hemmed and have the straps shortened. Having one's wedding dress fitted should feel joyful. It's a gorgeous dress that she has chosen and she looks beautiful in it. It might have helped if she had said anything like that anywhere along the line, but M was left with very different feelings. When I asked about a small wrinkle at the waistline, Karen's response was that the dress was too small and couldn't be let out. (I thought the height of the strap might solve it.) When we got to the hem, M said she didn't really want her feet showing. Karen didn't ask how M liked where she pinned it, just said it couldn't be any longer. When it was clear M wanted to take another look at what she had done, Karen seemed to have a hard time shifting gears. She finally said she understood that M didn't understand what we were doing, but that we could look again. It all felt a bit strange. Karen may be very good at her craft, but diplomacy is not her strong suit. Noone wants to be told they are too big for their wedding dress and too ignorant to understand having their hem pinned. The process was awkward and uncomfortable and has had a lasting impact. We took our business elsewhere as M had no desire to see Karen again.

Someone yells,"someone will be right with you," yet no one is ever RIGHT with me. They are slow. Making me the customer, feel unimportant. Next, I've never experienced a dry cleaner who has such a hard time keeping my laundry together. They've lost numerous items of mine. It got so bad they had replace a few items. When this happens they acted like it was my fault. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. In reality, I am not seeking them to replace the items, I want MY items back. They just don't seem to understand that. They do a very good job at making you feel like it's your fault and not theirs. And finally, I want to address the fact that when I get my clothes back from this dry cleaner, they stink. I know I'm not the only one to experience this. It got so bad that I had to switch dry cleaners. Obviously, I wasn't aware of all these things until I experience it myself. Overall, a terrible experience. They never have a legitimate manager available. And when you do ask for someone who has a brain on their head, you'll never find one. . Outstanding service and attention! Apparently they are under new ownership…read more My old fireplace bellows finally crumbled in my hands from years of service. Driving around and calling proved useless as the only bellows we found was almost $300!! It was gorgeous though, but too beautiful to use. Finally, Home Depot Customer Service recommended this small mom and pop shop. I'm so glad they did! We called them and yes they have bellows. We drove over and were greeted with a smile. I was stupefied to think I'm going to a sewing and vacuum repair for a bellows?!? What?? Uhh, okay, then I might go to a burger joint looking for a car wash?? ... Jokes on me as this place has it all! Yes, they have loads of sewing and vacuum equipment, supplies and repairs, plus they have a beautiful selection of pizza ovens and outdoor barbecues. There was one pizza oven in particular that really caught my eye. This beauty would go well on my patio deck next to my smoker. It runs on either wood or propane and is assembled on a really nice frame with shelving. It can do fairly large pizzas as well. Other areas of the store surprised me as there was also a nice variety of wood and pellet stoves as well as a section for sewing and vacuum. I ended up with a nice quality bellows for less than $100 and a firewood tote that was made from recycled canvas materials and very sturdy. The store is clean and well organized with quality brand names. Staff are polite and friendly and they mentioned they are new owners. I would definitely go back for more supplies.

It has followed me to many moves, and has made clothes and gifts throughout the years. A few years ago, the button hole feature did not work. I took it to the center, and was told it was not worth fixing. So I just worked around its idiosyncrasies, and my husband bought me a new Brothers Machine. What a piece of junk! I hated it, and used my Viking as well as I could. Recently, I decided to at least have my old Viking cleaned, and took it in for service. A whole new crew--and THEY FIXED IT LIKE NEW!! I am SO HAPPY! And it was only a week to do, and reasonable rate. Can't say enough about the great service. Please support this business.
