I had a zipper replaced on a pair of jeans and they did a great job. Quality work. Super nice too. Would definitely use them again.

Thea was amazing! She altered 2 dresses for my son's wedding and 2 suits for my husband. I would definitely recommend her.

She tells me that her former website advertised her as Tia--and since then she has lost that domain name.

**UPDATE 7/11/21*** Sandra found the plastic cover to my…read morecomforter the next day and called me in to grab t. She definitely went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. took this review from a 3 star to a 4!. Thank you so much Sandra! 7/10/21 Brought in my comforter in a plastic Ralph Lauren Bag - was quoted $25.00 for the comforter on my ticket to launder last week. When I came to pick it up I was charged $45.00 and they did not return the plastic Ralph Lauren bag. I complained and the price was reduced to $36.00 which now had to include two extra pillow covers I was told. $11.00 for pillow covers is pretty high for two pillow covers in my opinion and why was that not in the original quote when the contents of the comforter is clearly written on the bag and it's brand new? I asked for my bag back and (Sandra) couldn't find it and offered me a plain plastic one - (which I appreciated her looking for it, and offering me a sub, and also reducing the charge and being polite) but I explained that I wanted the one I dropped it off in, which I assumed would be returned to me. She said "most customers don't even bother with the bag"- which may be the case sometimes but I wanted to bother with it. I would imagine some folks want their bag back as they are good for storage. I appreciate the price reduction but was still not happy. It wasn't a horrible experience because the price was reduced and the lady helping me was polite but it still didn't feel like a great experience overall. I am disappointed. I should have been charged the price I was quoted. The comforter is not laundered softly and looks faded - it was brand new when I brought it in.

Hands-down, the worst dry cleaner available likely in the state of Oregon…read more It starts from the beginning when I first walk up to be helped. Never is it quick. Someone yells,"someone will be right with you," yet no one is ever RIGHT with me. They are slow. Making me the customer, feel unimportant. Next, I've never experienced a dry cleaner who has such a hard time keeping my laundry together. They've lost numerous items of mine. It got so bad they had replace a few items. When this happens they acted like it was my fault. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. In reality, I am not seeking them to replace the items, I want MY items back. They just don't seem to understand that. They do a very good job at making you feel like it's your fault and not theirs. And finally, I want to address the fact that when I get my clothes back from this dry cleaner, they stink. I know I'm not the only one to experience this. It got so bad that I had to switch dry cleaners. Obviously, I wasn't aware of all these things until I experience it myself. Overall, a terrible experience. They never have a legitimate manager available. And when you do ask for someone who has a brain on their head, you'll never find one. . I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS DRY CLEANER. AND I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH. IT'S UNFORTUNATE. BUT ALL I CAN DO IS GIVE YOU MY HONEST OPINION BASED ON FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. And because dry cleaning is becoming obsolete. They operate under the assumption that because they are one of the only dry cleaners left in this town - us as customers will be forced to give them business. Therefore, providing an awful experience.

Not surprised this Dry Cleaners Yelp page has not been claimed…read more I wouldn't want to claim it either! If you happen to check the Yelp on this before going take a look at the overall star rating and go somewhere else. I just moved into the neighborhood/ state. Was trying to find a dry cleaners and this one was local to my house. I went in to question some alterations and get a couple pieces cleaned. The lady informed me they don't have the lady that does the alterations there I would have to go to their sister location on 11th. Which I was already slightly familiar with because I went in to get some prices on getting 2 pullover windbreakers dry cleaned and they wanted $25 a piece to clean to pull over windbreakers. Which I did not get done there. But eventually made my way to their location on 11th dropped off 2 pieces of clothing to be a dry cleaned and was given a ticket for my items priced at $20. 1 dress shirt, 1 pair of dress pants it cost me $20 to get them dry cleaned. $18.98 to be honest! The alterations I ened up decided against, were going to cost me $30 just to put patches on a pair of jeans. $15 to put a piece of elastic around a top piece of material not in the seam or anything just one single strip of elastic stitched on a piece of fabric. AND..... it was going to take 1 month to get them back... So needless to say I will continue to look to fine a better price place with a quicker turnaround.

I have given this a week to settle, but watching the continued impact of Karen's tactlessness on my…read moredaughter is a cause to give warning. We brought my daughter's wedding dress to Karen to be hemmed and have the straps shortened. Having one's wedding dress fitted should feel joyful. It's a gorgeous dress that she has chosen and she looks beautiful in it. It might have helped if she had said anything like that anywhere along the line, but M was left with very different feelings. When I asked about a small wrinkle at the waistline, Karen's response was that the dress was too small and couldn't be let out. (I thought the height of the strap might solve it.) When we got to the hem, M said she didn't really want her feet showing. Karen didn't ask how M liked where she pinned it, just said it couldn't be any longer. When it was clear M wanted to take another look at what she had done, Karen seemed to have a hard time shifting gears. She finally said she understood that M didn't understand what we were doing, but that we could look again. It all felt a bit strange. Karen may be very good at her craft, but diplomacy is not her strong suit. Noone wants to be told they are too big for their wedding dress and too ignorant to understand having their hem pinned. The process was awkward and uncomfortable and has had a lasting impact. We took our business elsewhere as M had no desire to see Karen again.

Very easy to work with, work well done in a short amount of time! I was pleased with the end…read moreresult(-:
