We worked closely with Carolyn P. and Paula W. who could not have been more helpful with helping find the perfect fit for our groups needs. Catering was top notch, and the serve staff was awesome. Nearly invisible, however they were diligent in making sure everything was set-up and removed at the right times. Bravo! The only negative point was that the college was closed the day of our Friday evening kick-off workshop. Thus the conference room was warm and stuffy once we had all 85 folks inside. Lorette G. from the LCC staff did everything in her power to rectify the situation. We did manage to cool the room by opening a portion of the next room to create some cross ventilation. On Saturday, the conference day, Lorette was eager to please all of our last minute requests. Can not say enough about how warm and professional she is. From our post conference survey to the attendees , everyone enjoyed to venue site and would entertain us having another district conference held there again.

The food was delivered cold, things like coffee cups and dessert plates were not present, they didn't clear plates when meals were done, and the time from the back of the room to the front of the room being served was a full 35 minutes. Folks gave up and we're leaving, and volunteers from the event stepped in to clear tables and help service tables. This place may have delicious food, but they are NOT equipped to handle a.
