I was trying to locate if they had any 10 ft. Furring Strips. I typed it with quotes, no quotes you name it and would only get "no results found"....If I click on just "lumber boards" it gives you one result for ALL lumber, but then after many many screens of searching I was finally able to individually look through every piece of lumber they have available and found 500 some options and no way to narrow it down. Why would I spend 15- 20 minutes on your website trying to check the availability of a product when I can drive a 5 minute longer distance to Home Depot in Salem and I only needed 1 minute on their website to find my product? For me time is money and I don't have time to play "Where's Waldo" on Cascade's website.

This isn't a store I go to often, as it is out of the way for me, and a fair distance to drive…read more I've known more than a few people who just love this store. Sadly, I am not one of those. It's decent, but compared to the new one they opened in Springfield, this store is just terrible. Let's start with this fact it's a fairly small store and it seems cramped. Like, there's no room to walk if there is already someone down the isle you want to go to. This makes shopping a bit harder, if not close to impossible when they are busy. The customer service is lacking. Makes me feel like Walmart has more intelligent employees at times. This would also be when you can find one walking around to help you. Otherwise, you're just kind of left in no man's land to find whatever on your own. I've never had to return anything, so I have no opinion about that. The cashiers are OK, and really just OK. They kind of border on, get your shit and get out, while doing it with a smile. I've never been a huge fan of the store, it would get three stars at best. After going to the new Springfield store and comparing the two, it's barely a two star experience. The simple fact I can't give any specific example of them being terrible, is why it gets two stars. It's simply not an impressive place to go. I'll stick to the Springfield store where I am always greeted, asked if I need anything and shown where the item I need is.
