Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines,etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. I was a…read moresatisfied customer of Bumper Globe, but ABSOLUTELY CANNOT SAY THE SAME FOR Baltimore Auto Body & Collision Center (now referred to as BABCC). Paint was peeling from the roof of the car and I'd called around to BABCC and had brought my car in for an estimate. The main person I was talking to kept trying to upsell me and repair other paint issues on my car, which was pretty annoying after I said No the first time. Despite this, I agreed to drop off my car while I was out of town for a long weekend. BABCC is conveniently located and I can walk there if necessary. I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening, 7/2. I told them I would be back 7/9 to pick up the car. I wasn't given any indication the work would not be completed by the time I returned. I'd even asked about their workload and was told my car's roof would be repainted in that timeframe. I arrived at BABCC this morning, Wednesday, 7/9 at around 8:45. BABCC was locked up tight despite their website stating they should have opened at 8am. I tried all the doors. Locked. I called the number on their website. No answer. I began leaving VMs and texting the number from the website. I'd used the number before to text with a tech, so I know the number works. I went and looked at my car while I was waiting around and saw THE WORK WASN'T EVEN DONE! The roof of my car looked as bad as ever. I kept calling and texting the number from the website. No response. I ended up having to Lyft home, then I got my spare key and went back to BABCC. Luckily my car was parked in a space on the BABCC lot where I could back it out. So that's what I did. BABCC was still not open when I went by to take my car back. Still, 2 hours later, no one from BABCC has contacted me yet. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. And MY KEYS are still inside there. But trust me, I WILL get them back. Y'all not about to play in my face this way. Uh uh. The new owners appear to be minorities so I was rooting for them. No longer. They are trash. Do not recommend.
