Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines,etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. Super shady shop!!! I bought a car from a guy who gave me complete maintenance records of all the…read morerepairs Leading Edge did for him. There were all sorts of scams and unnecessary repairs including: 1. Leading Edge replaced the front brakes at 119k miles and then again at 130k miles. Brakes again after 11k!! Front brakes should last at least 40k miles, usually more like 60-70k. 2. Leading Edge replaced the lower control arms at 116k and again at 146k. Control arm bushings last at least 100k miles. If you need control arms again at 30k, either the parts were junk or the alignment wasn't done right. 3. Leading Edge charged labor to replace both the serpentine belt and the alternator. You have to remove the belt to remove the alternator, so an honest shop wouldn't charge for the belt when doing the alternator. To charge full price for both is outrageous. 4. Leading Edge charged $250 to replace the radiator and $174 to replace the radiator hoses. You have to remove the hoses to replace the radiator. Here again, it's a rip off to charge labor for both. 5. Leading Edge charged $475 labor (just labor!!) to install tires, clean the beads, and replace one TPMS. $60-120 is typical at most shops for all this work, especially if you are buying tires from them. $475 for tire installation is probably the most outrageous repair scam I've ever seen.

I dealt with William the owner as soon as I walked through the door. He was as polite and professional as you can be. He never tried to upsell me. He explained all my options for Tinting and even gave my wife and I demonstration to show how the Xpel XR-Plus works and what sets it apart from the other Options. There is a true difference in the films being offered. Be mindful that you get what you pay for. I chose the Top Tier film for our car. I also chose to have them hand wash and wax the car. That was the best part. We thought we were doing a decent job keeping the paint looking good until we saw the final product. I am totally satisfied and impressed with their work. Look, if you think a business can tint your entire car for $250 don't go here. Go to Autozone, by the film and then drive to the ghetto to the Liquor store and ask the cashier which one of his "regulars" works on cars. If you want a qualified professional who has decades of experience and employees to help do it RIGHT then go here. The Tint has a Lifetime Warranty so you can buy with confidence. I hope this helps.

He said he will leave my car key inside my car which was parked on a busy and trafficked street. After specifically requesting for him not to leave my key in my car and that I do not agree to that, it was still left inside my unlocked car overnight. Thankfully nothing happened to it, but this was negligent and irresponsible. There was also plenty of room as the street was almost empty. He also never fixed my mirror as promised. All of the one-star reviews are accurate - don't trust the fake five-star reviews. If you value professionalism, honesty and the safety of your vehicle go to a different body shop.
