I had Md redo my living room and he did a better job then I expected. His expertise in what materials I needed and how the room should be structured helped me out a lot. His workers were always on time and cleaned up everything to the point where it looked like there was no work done in the first place. MD and his team were able to redo my flooring without any hitches no air pockets. This is a company I very much recommend for the price they charge its a steal everything that they do for you. Md and his workers are always on time, you will be walked through every step of the building process. Any question you might have about what they are doing they will hear you out and are very attentive. Don't let the fact that the workers don't have any resumes effect your decision to choose them because they all have plenty of experience, you are far better off taking them over some qualified company that will charge you more to do what they have done for me. These guys even gave a me a maintenance list of how to take care of my walls and flooring in my living room so that it stays pristine and they said if anything happens again they will come repair it for free. When I bought a house in Brooklyn I spent a lot of time looking for contractors to remodel the entire interior. New bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedroom. Some contractors gave me a large price and some contractors didn't have the insurance and license. Then I was about to give up, but then I found Exclusive Construction. I saw that he was very successful in many of his jobs. I called him and he came to my house. I showed them what I wanted done and the plan. He explained everything and next day he gave me the price. I didn't expect the price to be so low. He provided the license and insurance. He also provided the umbrella insurance. MD and his team are high skilled and awesome! I saw a couple of his projects and they are above and beyond great! Him and his team have amazing quality work. When I signed the contract he said that he would come a day later to start the job and he stayed up to his promise! He supervised the job all the time. We needed our whole patio redone - removing old busted tile, repairing the iron fence, replacing gates that rusted and broke years ago, and replacing the iron cellar door/hatch. I found Exclusive on Yelp and trusted the 5-star reviews. MD came to see me within two days of my call, we agreed a fair price, he showed me a couple options, and when I asked how long it would take, he said four days. I couldn't believe it, and expected to have to double or triple that, the way contractors usually do. The very first day they got the old tile removed, the patio leveled, and the new bluestone laid in. The next day all the ironwork that was staying was scraped and primed. Two days later the new iron was delivered (it took one extra day while the iron contractor got things ready) and the next day everything was installed, done, and clean. I've never seen anything like it. The work is beautiful, it was affordable, MD was in constant communication throughout and always showed up exactly when he said he would, and his crew were skilled and friendly. I engaged MD Rana of Exclusive Construction NY Inc. to do exterior repairs on a two family house in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The project involved installing a new concrete walkway along the side and rear of the property (approximately 420 square feet), installing new brick and limestone steps at the main and side entrances to the property, and masonry repairs and thorocoating of the rear and side property walls. Mr. Rana was very responsive and diligent throughout each stage of the project experience, from initial telephone contact and meeting for cost estimate, and the subsequent phases of contract negotiation and signing, logistics, material selection, and accomplishing the contracted work to satisfactory completion. He was present and supervised all aspects of the project to insure a quality work product done to a high standard. His workers were focused and conscientious. Overall I am pleased with the work that was done, and appreciated Mr. Rana's concern that I was a satisfied customer. Finding a contractor that does good work is trying. I have owned two houses in downtown Brooklyn for 12 years and have used many contractors. MD came recommended to us from a friend who's neighbors have used him. We are selling our house and needed a touch up of cracking on our stoop and resurfacing lower level of our facade and vestibule. MD went above and beyond what we asked him to do - he cleaned out the entire under-stoop storage area in addition to painting the surround and repairing chipped cement in our vestibule. Once we had him here, we ended up asking him to do a number of other things inside the house, including adding replacing a part of the sewer pipe in our cellar that was old, doing some drywall repair, fixing electrical panels, and some additional exterior painting. He could mobilise the team very quickly for a reasonable price which was cheaper than other quotes I sourced, and kept us well informed of the progress. They have repaired the extensive water damages we had in our apartment, including flooring, drywall repairs, ceiling repair, painting all around our unit over three weeks. They even watered my plants (I have 70 plus plants at home) while the work was going on as we had to vacate the home. Did all that was needed (plus a bit more that we realised was needed as work progressed free of charge), completed work on time, were available when other firms we contacted merely gave quotes and vague unfulfilled promises and left our apartment (which had been badly damaged by Hurricane Ida and a subsequent flood) looking better than before. MD Rana was a terrific contractor. He handled a difficult job of shoring up and reinforcing our wooden deck beautifully, and at the same time he repaired our brick patio.
