DONT TRUST THIS GARAGE. They installed a new engine to my truck. Not even 1 block away from shop. The truck breaks down. I called the shop and they said there's nothing they can do. We paid them 1160 dollars to fix the truck, we leave with the exact same problem. We have the truck being towed to another mechanic. Our truck had 5 ladders on top and chemical bottles on the side in a rack. When we recieved our truck. Everything was missing. My truck has been stripped. When I asked Robbie where they were, he replied "what would we want with your stuff". Mechanically, we have the exact same problem leaving as we did leaving. They refused to give us a receipt. Now we have to take them to small claims court for the cost of repairs and for missing items on truck. Not a trust worthy garage.. read more

Went in for a wheel hub replacement and was told it was going to be nearly $1200. Told them the price was too high and I would be picking up my truck. When arrived they said my truck would't start because it needed a fuel pump and would be an additional $900 because the bed would have to be remove. Long story short they ran the truck until it ran out of gas, I filled it up, got the hubs from oreilly for $74 and 1hr later I fixed it myself thanks to a YouTube video. I have to tell you, I had the last place that changed my oil in my truck, strip the head, and no one could get it out! I must have gone to at least 8 places to see if they could take out the oil pan drain plug, not one place could remove it! I was told by the last place I went to, tell me to go here and they could help me! I went there and asked Mr. Singh if he could remove my oil pan plug, and his reply was classic, he told me, "This is a Real Garage, Of Course I can remove the drain plug!" Asked for my keys, where my oil was took it around and in about 25 minutes, the mechanic pulled my truck up in front with the old plug in his hand to give me, and my truck had a fresh oil change! BUYER BEWARE OF THIS EXCUSE MAKING LYING FRAUD. NO WONDER THEY ARE A 3 REVIEW. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I only came here because I was sent here from my insurance company previously I WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN After a long conversation on the phone of the 4 needs and repairs to be done on my car, Mr Sing agreed to an initial 2000 dollars repair for the replacement of my valve stem seals. I had been shopping the price in 2 other places. One shop was 600 more, the other was 500 less, so after visiting all 3 shops, and the long conversation with Mr Sing, I towed my car to his shop. 4 things needed to be done, 1: Replace the seals on my valve stems, 2000 dollars estimate, which in the end he claimed he needs parts and charged me 2600. The parts that are seals are about 5 dollars a piece, and I needed 16 of them. So that was a lie. 2: Repair the active steering system , it was not repaired at all. Even to today 3: Recharge the A/C to blow cold It was not done either 4: Repair the trunk actuator. The trunk was stuck closed. He once opened it and was supposedly able to connect the battery, but then he said the mechanic helper closed it back accidently, and now it is stuck again. But he said I have not charged you for that.......?????? Even now, the battery is disconnected, I can not drive it. NOW THE FUN PART, HE HAS HAD MY CAR FOR OVER 6+ MONTHS One excuse after another, even after my several visits to his store to encourage the repairs to finish and all the lies of Mr Sing, not returning calls even after promised to do so. He called me once after 5 months saying my car is done, I paid with a credit card on the phone because I was at work, then when I got there in the afternoon to pick up the car. As I stated to drive home, the steering gave me several errors on my dashboard and was not repaired, the trunk was still stuck closed, and the engine was misfiring, and the A/C was blowing warm, so I made a Uturn and left it in his shop. So after several attempts to get it finished, after all of his lies and excuses, I gave up. So I had to tow my car off of his lot I am reversing my credit card charges and taking this shop to court. AND i am reporting him to the DMV in Sacramento. This place cost me 7 months with no car and no repairs, and the stress it cost me and my family. And now I have to start all over again. Exclusive Auto saved us when our car broke down on our way home to Los Angeles from Palm Springs. Our compressor froze and needed to be replaced in order for us to get home. Long story short, they drove to Riverside to get us a new compressor and repaired it before they closed so we did not have to spend the night in Yucaipa! The staff there were all super nice. The waiting room had TV, free wireless, water & clean bathroom which is a blessing when you are stuck there for almost 4 hours! Also, they recommended a great mexican restaurant next door that had delicious cheap food. It sucked that it cost us over $1000 to fix our car but it probably would have cost close to the same in L.A. Took car in for 60k service. Singh said bring it in Tues early and it will be done that day, so I brought it in at 8 a.m. Went to garage at 3:30. Singh said waiting for transmission fluid. (No phone call telling me of delay.) Expect it by 5. Car will be done by 6. Went Back at 5 and fluid had not been delivered. Wed, early called Singh and he said fluid still not in yet. Expect it and car will be ready by 10. Then Singh called for first time and said car wud b ready at noon. Waited till 1 and went to garage. Car still up on lift and Singh said it's finished and just need to get it off lift. Waited 15 minutes and car still on lift. Asked Singh to get car off lift so my wife and I could leave. Singh refused to do anything to get car off lift. Told me not to tell him how to run his business. My wife and I then went to lunch and returned 1/2 hour later and mechanic just getting it off lift. We called for a quote to fix the AC compressor on our Ford truck, it seemed reasonable so brought it in. They did not fix the truck in time - took an extra day and 1/2 and it was a work truck, then picked it up and mechanic forgot to tighten a hose. it broke down 2 miles away, back to the shop. AC ran for about 2 weeks, stopped working. Brought it back since it was under warranty for a year. Singh, the new ( ?)owner, told us it was another hose on the AC and he had to order the hose. We scheduled a date, brought the truck in, he tells us it's over $500 to put the new hose in!! its not under the same warranty! but didn't tell us this when we brought the truck in. Also got an oil change and new air filters, tells us it's $144 total - nope, it's $85 for the oil change and $144 for the filter!! OMG, such a rip off! We will never come here again! read more

I needed a wheel bearing pressed out and the new one pressed in, i dropped it off at 4:30 and assured me it would be done before they closed at 6. I went to pick it up at 5:50 and it wasn't finished, not even touched. They told me it would be ready at 8am the next morning, but since its the bearing for my only vehicle and i have to leave for work at 4:30am I have to take it home and reinstall it with the old broken bearing. I have also taken a 2001 saab 9-3 turbo here for a head gasket which they charged me for but the issue still remained and was dragged out and delayed repeatedly for over 2 weeks. I thought maybe since they closed later than the machine shop behind parts authority i could trust them with this small job but apparently they can't even get that right. This has to be one of the worst places you could ever take your vehicle. I totally feel riped off and taken advantage of I took my Honda into have the motor Replaced and totally got overcharged from what they originally said they were going to charge me the electrical is not working right all the lights are on in the dashboard and you can't even hook a meter up because it won't even connect to the computer. I took it back to have them look at it and he tried to tell me that that's the way it was supposed to be and it was already like that when we brought it in and would not fix it. I had a faulty alternator installed by Kidd's Auto in Beaumont. I suffered with itfor months,not realizing there was a problem with my "new" alternator. Every time the car died, I would have a different mechanic look at it. No body figured out the actual problem until I took it to Exclusive. I ended up at Exclusive Auto by chance. My car was overheating and it was close by. They've made a loyal customer out of me. There are two things that sets this place apart: 1. Complimentary shuttle service 2. Stellar customer service. They drove me home after I dropped my car off, and picked me up when it was finished. For someone like me, this is a massive benefit. And unlike other places, you don't have to negotiate for this. They gladly offer it. The customer service is the best I have experience at a mechanic. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and personable. There's a palpable effort to make you feel comfortable and your business appreciated. For example, a few days after I had received my car I got a letter in the mail containing a $5 gift card to Starbucks from Exclusive Auto, thanking me for my business. Seriously. In terms of the quality of the work, I have had no problems. No upselling which is a welcome change from my dealer's service shop. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them any less. I took my car in about six months ago to get my brakes done. On the way my car kept stalling so when I dropped it off I asked them to check into the stalling problem as well. 1 1/2 days later they couldn't figure out why it was stalling. I then told them not to worry about it and that I would just pick up my car. They then asked if I still wanted the brakes done. What? That was the reason I brought the car in!!! I made it clear; do the brakes and see if you could figure out why the car was stalling. So, they kept it another half of a day to do the brakes. When I got my car back for some reason they took all my CDs out of the CD changer??? Why??? I ended up taking my car to the dealer where they fixed the stalling problem within 1 1/2 hours. This was the 3rd issue I have had with this auto repair shop. They act like they are nice and considerate, but just as some people have stated, they DON'T get back to you. I should have listened to my wife. The customer service rep kept arguing with her, and when he was found to be wrong, he never apologized. Stay clear of this place. read more
