I honestly can't say enough good things about this experience. We had an unexpected shifting issue along with a dead battery, and the response was almost immediate. We received a callback right away, followed by an on-site response that exceeded our expectations. The mechanic showed up with a fantastic attitude, was extremely knowledgeable about the make and model, and immediately gave us confidence that we were in good hands. He diagnosed the problem with certainty and, rather than simply telling us what needed to be done, he went above and beyond to get it taken care of. He actually drove to a Pick Your Part to locate the parts we needed and had everything repaired and replaced in less than five hours. That kind of dedication and willingness to go the extra mile is becoming increasingly rare. And then came the bill... absolutely jaw-dropping--in the best possible way! The price was incredibly fair, especially considering the amount of time, effort, and expertise he put into getting us back on the road. A well-deserved tip was an easy decision. What really stood out was his attitude. He wasn't just there to do a job; he genuinely seemed eager to help, took pride in his work, and paid attention to every detail. You could tell he cared about doing the job right and making sure we were completely satisfied. It's not often that you walk away from a repair feeling genuinely grateful for the person who worked on your vehicle, but that's exactly how we felt. Outstanding service, exceptional mechanic, incredibly fair pricing, and a level of dedication that deserves recognition. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants someone they can trust. Five stars doesn't even seem like enough! read more

my husband and I used Jesus a couple times and he is great. He comes to your house which is wonderful because my husband and I are handicapped and seniors. He is about the friendliest man you will ever meet. I am a typical woman who knows nothing about cars and I always fear being taken advantage of. You don't have to worry about that with Jesus. He came out two days in a row working on getting my truck worked on to pass smog. He checked and replaced my fluids, checked my breaks, checked my tires and changed my spark plugs etc. all that was only $225. he's coming back to take it to be smogged for me which is a blessing. I hate doing that. use this guy you won't regret it. read more

I was desperately looking for the right mechanic to fix the annoying noise coming from a new alternator in my car that was installed about a year ago by a mechanic in my neighborhood. I took the car to three different mechanics including the original installer and none of them could figure out where the noise was coming from. So frustrated I ended up checking with the local AutoZone in Kearny Mesa which I had good experience when looking for an expert in different areas of my cars hoping they could help me with finding the right mechanic to help with my problem and sure enough they happened to know the exact and the best mechanic "Pacheco's Mobile Mechanic" to help me with my problem. Jesus came to my house in Beaumont as soon as he could and thank God he proved that he was the right man to fix the annoying problem and also took care of a few other minor problems that I had with my other cars. I know for a fact that he's gonna be my regular and trusted mechanic from now on. I own a total of 3 Mercedes Benz vehicles and definitely could and will take care of his experties. I couldn't be happier and I recommend him very highly to anyone who's looking for the best and most qualified mechanic in town. He's a very pleasant and friendly person as well, thanks. read more

My car broke down and AAA came and said I needed to replace my Toyota's alternator but every nearby automotive shop was closed. Found Pacheco's online, but it was late and after hours. Even though he was closed and with his family, he decided to come and help mine--he came and changed my alternator so quickly. Very friendly as well. He saved my family a long wait for a tow and a night at the nearest hotel. The best mechanic. read more

This is your guy. Don't get your disabled vehicle towed somewhere. He comes to you. He is conscientious, he communicates (a strong plus btw) and he is technically proficient. My wife had jury duty. She quickly returned before getting there "honey, the truck isn't running right and the check engine light is flashng.. like.. badly." You aren't supposed to drive it that way. At all. He arrived somewhat late in the day but because the power was out in my neighborhood (high wind) after he diagnosed it i told him to come back in the morning. He had all the parts, installed them, spared me from buying parts I didn't need and the truck is perfect. His price was quite satisfactory. This guy is worth his weight in convenience and efficiency. No sitting in waiting rooms, no stale coffee, this is Uber eats for your injured auto. I'm having him operate on my sidelined car now, rather than junking it. read more

Jesus Pacheco is amazing! He's personable, honest, and affordable! Recently, my son had a deadline to get his disabled car towed from Yucaipa to a location in Beaumont on a busy Saturday afternoon. He called around to different services, but their quotes were high and wait times too long. When he called Pacheco Mobile Mechanic, Jesus offered him a low price and was able to fit him into his busy schedule right away. He worked well with everyone on both ends, prioritizing his customers' needs. Jesus is a solution oriented, creative thinker, who got the job done smoothly and on time. So, had an issue with having to replace the brake switch stoppers on my older Nissan Truck, and of course Nissan buried them way up under the dash where it was impossible to access. Consensus was we would have to take most of the dash apart to be able to reach and replace them. Called Jesus, and he was very responsive. Was out of the area on a job but kept in constant communication with me and met me at a time that was best for my schedule (after hours). He showed up exactly when he said he was going to. Very polite, professional, and most importantly respected my vehicle. We agreed on a very reasonable price whether it took him 15 minutes or two hours. After studying the challenge, he thought outside the box and came up with a solution that prevented us from having to tear most of the dash apart. He replaced the brake switch stoppers solving my constant "brake light on" issue, and put everything back, good as new. He was fast, efficient, and professional, and price very reasonable. First time using a mobile mechanic and will use him again for my vehicle repair needs... read more
