I called go get a diagnosis on my pool pump. The Hayward pump had a "Drive Stalled" error. The manufacturer said it could be three different reasons for the error. In order to diagnose, you must open pump to see if its the motor, drive or stuck impeller to cause error. This gentleman did none of that. He chose to read the display and charge $75. What a poor diagnosis. Did not do anything but read the display. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON/COMPANY. You will be ripped off! DO NOT HIRE THEM, EVER! HORRIBLE SERVICE! read more

Jorge knows his stuff! He came to my home on his off day to accommodate my schedule and is currently fixing all the problems two other companies either caused or missed. My pump was sucking air and had a leak. Jorge was out there in the cold and the dark with a flash light re-plumbing my line. It works like a charm. I had a problem with my pool pump not working and my pool service company doesn't do repairs so I need to find soneone to come out fast. Within minutes of requesting a quote, Jorge gave me a call and was able to come out the same day, even though it was a Saturday! He was a very nice guy and diagnosed the problem immediately. Didn't try to upsell us in doing anything more than fixing the problem he came out for. He found a few other issues, but told us we could wait to repair and didn't push us. He also balanced our pool because after just 1 day of the pump not working it already started getting cloudy. We ended up doing all the repairs and it looks like we found a new pool service conpany. Jorge and his team are excellent! I needed major help with my pool....full resurfacing for my in-ground plaster pool plus I was looking for someone to do weekly maintenance. I called and Jorge answered immediately. Without ever speaking prior, he was at my house 1 hour later to take a look at everything. He didn't pressure me, he just gave me his honest opinion and let me decide. I hired him on the spot and he had crew out THE NEXT MORNING to start demo on the pool.
