Post-Covid, when it was really hard to find repairmen at all, I mentioned to Jeff my frustration at not being able to find an electrician to replace all the baseboard heaters in the house (one of them already broken, the rest just old). He said, "I can do that!" He measured the existing heaters, showed me some options for replacements, and ordered what we picked from a Canadian company. The ordering and delivery proved difficult (we were still seeing lots of supply chain and transportation issues all over the country) and Jeff stayed on top of the whole process, keeping us informed of delays, working out issues with the shipper.
