Can't say enough about what a great experience I had with them. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, empathetic and follow thru- they checked all the boxes and I am so appreciative that I found them. Woman I spoke to on the phone initially thought she could have someone out first thing tomorrow morning, but she must have sensed my panic haha and told me "they got me" and promised to find a way to get a truck out today. They followed thru-Cody and Jack arrived a couple hours later, diagnosed issue, presented three different solves at various price points and offered guidance on plus/ minus of each. We selected an option, and they installed by mid-afternoon, and taking the time to walk me thru the fix, how the new equipment works and what to watch for if future issues occur. Well done Embrich!

They started to go down hill and tried to sell us on everything we didn't need. So we called Tiger! They came out and diagnosed our cooling issue and were not trying to oversell. I felt they were honest and got the job done. I saved about 5k by using Tiger. I had them come out for a clog a few months later. They couldn't find an issue and felt the Draino I used did the trick. I expected the normal 2-3 day wait time for non emergencies, and was very surprised to have a 4 hour (or so, I didn't time it) fix. He did a great job, didn't try to up sell to fancier equipment, and finished in a blink of an eye.
