A couple of weeks after my request, got a call saying they were going to come this morning at 10. Never got any other confirmation or anything. Handy man called me Saturday morning and said his job was running late and that he would be about an hour late and would call 30 minutes before coming. I said that was fine and then waited and waited and never heard from him again. I called them again and got another answering machine and left a message. I also called the handyman's number and left him a voicemail. My appointment was originally at 10am and then pushed back to 11am and it is now 3:30pm and I haven't heard anything from them at all! When he came back out to look at the additional work, he quoted me nearly double what he had originally discussed and gave the impression that he wasn't interested in taking on the job. As a result, the insulation crew and I had to finish the remaining work ourselves before the insulation removal could even begin. That was extremely frustrating, especially since I had hired and paid someone to ensure everything was ready beforehand.
