I had them come and check my roof. 8 years agog Cardinal did my roof their has been all kinds of roof problems leaks etc. Mills found a hole under Adhikari glue from a pipe that Cardinal removed only. Covered it with a shingle and the shingles were deteriorating wearing poorly. They were the only ones who found where it was leaking. Cardinal would tell me it was ok. read more

I have to give a big shout out to Mills Construction. If you have hail damage like so many of us, give them a call. Their team arrived at 6:30AM with a crew of 3 men and 2 women (go ladies!) who worked their butts off all day and got the job done. They did a FANTASTIC job of clean-up. I expected this to be a 2 day job as it was when we got a roof 11 years ago from another company. We had numerous issues back then including a poor job of clean up. Mills got our roof done in 1 day and had everything cleared out and gone and didn't leave a trace. read more

They show up, on time, said they wanted to re-measure to make sure everything was to spec. Um, ok - why wouldn't it be? They ripped off all of my door trim/casing and sat in their trucks for *90 MINUTES* without a word. Came back: "we have a problem". The brickmold is a quarter inch off - the manufacturer (ProVia) has a software problem and even though we gave them the correct measurements... blah blah, whatever. So, wait two weeks to get the corrected brickmold. Fine, stuff happens. 03/05! Called them 03/06. Guess what? STILL WRONG! No apologies, no anything. Wait two more weeks, no biggie, this is the way stuff works. March 20 it is! NOPE! March 16 and get an email that the manufacturers internet is down. No idea what that has to do with anything... how many times can you fail a customer and just tell them to wait two more weeks? Anyway, now I'm scheduled for April! Of what year I have no idea. Pathetic.
