It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. Our Technician was Raul who was absolutely fabulous!! He arrived before estimated time and was friendly and professional. I did a 'walk-through' with him of the rooms as well as answered any questions he had for clarification. BF and I were able to relocate ourselves to other areas of the house to continue working remotely while Raul worked his magic. He was very thorough and used blue plastic booties (shoe covers) once carpets were steamed and still damp. Gave us a few pairs as well to use while rooms were drying. End results exceeded my expectations as my house was so sparkling clean and smelled so crisp!! Shade of my carpet was much lighter after treatment; indication of how filthy they actually were!! His quality of workmanship is so far Superior to what most contractors are today. From my first contact with Connie to meeting with Ron for an estimate to the completion of the project and then the Clean Up. It was a True Pleasure to work with a Professional Contractor that knows what he's doing and then Does It. Ron did Everything he said he was going to do and the Quality of his workmanship was exactly what he said. They placed plastic runners on my floors so not to get them dirty. They cleaned up after the end of each day. Ron is so Honest I left my front door unlocked the first day because I couldn't be there when they arrived. I also left them on another day when I went to a Doctor's Appointment. We started out as one project in my Primary Bathroom Shower. I thought there was mold growing on the grout and caulking. It turned out not to be, it was just poor workmanship and quality of materials. My house is about 2 years old and I Never expected to have these issues. Ron shared with me what he would do to correct the problems and how he was going to do it. I asked him for an idea of what this was going to cost and he said he would provide a written estimate in a few minutes. When he showed me the estimate I was very impressed because I thought it was going to be quite a bit more money. At this point I said let's go look at my other 2 bathrooms and see what they look like. Sure enough they were very similar, only not as bad because they're very rarely used. I asked to get a quote on doing them also. I usually get 3 quotes before I make a decision. At this point I felt the price was very fair and I felt very Confident that Ron was going to do Exactly what he said. I gave him the project right then and there. The first day they were working and we were talking about the terrible workmanship in my house so I showed him the terrible caulk job around all 3 of the toilets. And from there I showed him my Kitchen Counters where some of the caulking came loose. He showed me where there was never any caulk ever applied. He again gave me 2 more quotes for me to consider. I said let's just take care of all of it so I don't have to think about it going forward. The complete project was done on time and Better than I had imagined. The real surprise was when they were completely finished they did a Clean Up Job that I couldn't even tell they were there. If anyone needs Caulking and Grout Work save your time calling several contractors out to give you prices. I would Only work with Ron from Grout Lines USA in the future. I almost forgot to share that Ron shared with me how to clean my Floors, Tiles and Countertops going forward. He also shared with me what products to use and how to use them. I hired Owo to clean and seal the grout at a house we have by ASU. It was rented out to college…read morestudents so to say the grout was in rough shape is an understatement. At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Owo and Groutsmith.
