Nadia kept me updated throughout the entire process, including when she was able to save me money on my deductible by not changing out my rims which were plenty scratched before I got hit. I noticed after I had arrived home after pickup that my front license plate had not been put back on--the front plate is required in the state of Colorado--and since I had Nadia's personal number, I was able to contact her right away. That next day, a Saturday, she went into the shop, met me at my home, and put it on in minutes. Nadia genuinely cares about her customers and the quality service they receive. She made a stressful situation that much easier and I will happily recommend her to anyone.

I cannot overstate how much you should NOT consider CDM for repair jobs. I came in with a dent in a…read morerear quarter panel. The dent was decent in size, but I knew for a fact that it was a PDR job. I knew this because I'd taken the car in to other body shops for estimates and was shopping around for the best deal. CDM sent an ABSURDLY inflated quote of almost $3,500 including blending the read door, blending the aperture panel, overhauling and/or removing unrelated trim and bumper components, etc. Look, I get it. Repair work isn't cheap and it's not unusual for shops to pad estimates if insurance is paying (it wasn't in this case and I was paying out of pocket). I wrote back giving them an opportunity to provide a revised, honest estimate given that I already knew this was a PDR job. They sent back a laughable revision, only decreasing the price by $500 to a whopping $3,000. Here's the kicker. I had my lease financing company do a pre-return inspection and estimate. This is the entity with the biggest motivation for a like-new repair job. Their estimate for ALL excess wear and tear including the dent and some other dings and scratches was $550 total. Bottom line: CDM tried to overcharge me by $3,000. They're predatory and should avoided at all costs.

My car evidently was an issue for being black. She kept saying "your car is black so I can't see the hail damage" whilst she uses tools right in front of me for being able to see the actual hail damage. Then, after being rude about the color of my car she says that she will not send me a quote in writing, which is what I needed. For the first two buisness days my car just there without being checked at all. They then ordered cheaper parts that didn't work for my car to try and save money at the request of the insurance company, this delayed the fix by another week (I would've expected them to know in advance that the parts won't work and not waste this time). Then they did order the correct parts but due to some mix-up something didn't came and that delayed for another week. Throughout these 4 weeks, I had to chase them for updates.
