Today is 12/8. I already have the new mirror, I just need someone to install it. Honestly, that made no sense to me. It's a one-hour job at most, with zero prep needed since I already bought the part. I asked the body tech if the schedule was pushed that far out because the job doesn't make them much money, and he basically admitted that's the reason. What he didn't seem to understand is that a simple job like mine could've earned them another 5-star review, which brings in more paying customers and more money in the long run. Instead, I was left feeling like my business wasn't worth their time, and that's disappointing for a shop with such solid reviews.

Art's did not fix my car…read more But they were the most knowledgeable, communicative, honest people I've dealt with. My car was rear ended by someone with Fred Loya insurance. Fred Loya is terrible to work with but Art's is used to their games. Art's Auto Body is the only bright spot I've had dealing with my broken car for the last month. He removed the dent so it's flawless. The paint is a tri-coat process; he made sure that, too, was perfect. The best, though, is that René and his wife, Jolene, are a team whose family-owned business, Epic Dent Pros, is dedicated to delivering the highest quality work product at a more than reasonable price. Their ethics are above reproach. Jolene's communication throughout the process was second to none, after René provided a detailed bid, she advised me of his progress until completion. I can honestly say I was thrilled to pick up my car looking just like it rolled out of the showroom! Do NOT believe Tesla if they tell you only their body shops can repair your car -- René can!!
