He was completely present and enthusiastic as he welcomed our questions. I was embarrassed to be coming in so close to the end of his workday with so many questions from not one- but two of us! He didn't- for even a second- make us feel we were annoying or any kind of a burden.. I think I would have booted us and our million questions. She had us wait while she took a phone call and the line ended up being 5 customers deep. I got home and the master/universal lug nut remover I purchased didn't fit on what was working on. I took it back to return it. They wanted to charge me $22 for a re-stocking fee. I could see the shelf from where I got at the cashier stand. I stated it was not ok and was told since I'm making a scene they would wave the charges. 3 customers in line behind me also those $22 was ridiculous. He guided me to where the engines were, then helped me carry to the register and to my car once I was rung up. I had both my kids with me, one in a carrier and a toddler, so it was wonderful to get such great customer service. Today I came in again, because I ended up needing a smaller engine. Once again I had pretty good help by the employees. Only thing that kind of irked me was this lady who didn't wear a mask walking in and talking loudly throughout the store. On their doors it says its mandatory, no one stopped her to ask her to put on a mask like the rest of the stores around. I know what most of you are thinking, oh you're one of those people. I am, but I'm not, I just believe if everyone who's working and people who are around are respecting everyone by doing so, why couldn't they ask her to do the same. It would have been different if she was in and out, but she stood by the register to chit chat for ten minutes, flapping her lips and spit everywhere. So why didn't you guys ask her to put a mask on, when it says it in the door?

Home Goods is full of decor for your home. They have everything from dishes to towels and cleaning…read moreproducts to bedding. They regularly mark items down so if you see a red price tag on it, it's usually a steal of a deal. The employees are pretty helpful if you need help. I like that the stores also carry some exotic food items like different kinds of ramen/noodles and chips. If you're into coffee, they have a lot of that, too, along with flavored syrups (usually priced around $4.99 each). I find that most, if not all of their locations have cluttered aisles, and they are pretty narrow. About the only aisles that are wide tend to be bedding and bath. They do have a pretty large selection of lamps for every room in your home. Since TJMaxx is their sister store, they also have an aisle of temptation when you check out to pay, lol. With a little will power, you can defy the odds and NOT pick up anything while you're waiting in line!! Home Goods has some unique items, so if you're thinking about something while you're in there, just buy it!! You can always return it later so hold on to your receipts!
