I came here to get two prescriptions filled immediate after leaving my doctor's office (around…read more3pm). I waited in line and when I got to the the front I provided my insurance card and ID. The tech said I didn't have any prescriptions for me in their system. I tried to give her the phone number to my doctor's office, but she said "I think they are the office I have on hold right now. Your prescriptions should be ready in about two hours. You will get a text message" I wanted to confirm that they had received my prescription before I left, but the woman turned and was gone before I could even ask. I received a text the next morning (around 10:30) saying my prescriptions were ready, so I went to pick them up. One of them was ready, but the other couldn't be filled for 3 days when it would be delivered. Overall my experience here was very so-so. I will come here if it's necessary, but definitely not my favorite Walgreens.

0 Star - Absolutely Unacceptable Pharmacy Service!…read more If I could give Walgreens Pharmacy ZERO stars, I absolutely would! Every single month, it's the same frustrating nightmare. I spend HOURS on hold just trying to speak to someone about my prescription. Apparently, answering the phone and providing basic customer service are too much to ask. And can someone please explain why a PHARMACY has such a difficult time counting 30 days? You would think that accurately calculating refill dates would be one of the most basic responsibilities of a business that handles people's medications. But here's the part that really takes the cake: After making me wait LONGER than I was supposed to for my refill, they don't even have my medication in stock! So not only am I forced to jump through hoops every month, waste hours of my time, and deal with their inability to manage refill dates, but when I'm finally allowed to get my prescription, they can't even fill it! These are medications people depend on for their health and well-being. This isn't a game, and patients shouldn't have to suffer because of poor communication, incompetence, and terrible inventory management. The complete lack of organization, accountability, and respect for patients' time is absolutely ridiculous. Walgreens needs to seriously reevaluate how it operates its pharmacies. Patients deserve reliable service, accurate information, and access to their prescribed medications without having to fight the same battle every single month. I am beyond frustrated, and I would strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting this pharmacy with medication you depend on. ZERO STARS for customer service, ZERO STARS for reliability, and ZERO STARS for professionalism!

It was a seamless process. The CVS closest to me used to give vaccines, but, according to the Doc, they no longer do which was why I had to come to this store. When I arrived I was surprised by the Minute Clinic space. It's set up similar to the waiting area in a doctors office. It was clean, bright, and welcoming. There was one other woman waiting and we both assumed the doctor was with somebody. I waited approximately 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time when she came out with her previous appointment. The woman ahead of me just needed to have her TB test read so she was in & out. Once in the office, everything was explained. The prices for the vaccines were posted on the cabinet. You can schedule regular vaccines (like the flu & COVID), which is what I received. But it is also a Travel Clinic for vaccines needed to travel abroad such as yellow fever, typhoid, etc. I had planned to get a few vaccines, but once I saw the prices..... OUCH! I opted to visit my local VA Hospital where I was able to get them there. She was efficient and my visit wasn't long. Everything she needed was in that space. I was however, surprised that most of the store items were locked behind glass/plexiglass. It was my first time seeing this in a CVS. My only guess is that they've experienced a lot of shoplifting, even though this area didn't seem to fit that description (in my opinion, but I don't live here). I'm down with the Minute Clinic. I'd use it again.

Go somewhere else. Anywhere else!…read more You have to have an endless interaction with a sloppy touchscreen. I didn't see anyone navigate it successfully without help from someone behind the counter. What kind of healthcare facility makes you touch a filthy touchscreen over and over again? Not only does it take a ridiculous amount of information to find your prescription but then you have to answer a bunch of other questions about your health and immunizations. I'm never going back again!!!
