One of these days I'll go in there and sit and have my smoothie and maybe get something to eat. It cost $9 for one large Smoothie. That is a lot of money. It's not like it's huge. Their secret menu can be found online and includes things that you can order there that are not necessarily displayed on the menu at the location. A major drawback about Jamba Juice is the time that it requires. The coffee - I got both an iced latte and a hot latte- I did marshmallow and vanilla in bit and the hot was sugar free and the iced was regular sugar syrups plus whipped cream. Both were delicious! The brew itself is smooth and a solid medium blend I'd say - not watered down or bitter. Very easy to enjoy. The sugar-free didn't have any odd aftertaste at all and I usually can pick those out right away. The whipped cream tasted homemade to me. Yummy As far as value goes, I think I paid the same or similar price for both and the iced latte was much bigger. But that said, the large hot latte was in a cup that probably rivals the Tim's XLarge. So the value is really good all around. I've been waiting to go because they e been pretty busy and I was so happy I finally made it. Saturday at around 6:45 andI was in line for about 15 min which was quick moving. Every step of the process was smooth and moving along well. There is a website where you can collect rewards too. And I read that certain days have better deals. I grew up in Kenmore but no longer live in the area so I hope you can imagine how excited I was to hear about Red Otter's opening. I seriously counted down the days until I could finally check it out for myself!!! After a winter storm forced Red Otter to close one afternoon last month, my mom and I made it a priority to stop by at the very next opportunity and it definitely did not disappoint. The space is big, bright, and welcoming, with an impressive variety of books, games, and of course coffee options. I ordered one of the seasonal lattes and absolutely loved it. What really sets Red Otter apart, though, is its heart and community building. I love that they donate a portion of their sales to a worthy organization each month showing that they're clearly community oriented and that they even host a book club. And of course the otter mascot and branding makes my heart melt! So cute! So, all in all, I must award a very worthy five stars without hesitation. I cannot wait to return, especially during the summer months! I'm so happy to see a place like this thriving in Kenmore!!!
