When I arrived, I was told to wait. After 10 minutes, I was directed to a section to sit, but no gel color booklet was given to me. A person then came over and ask, "Do you know what color you're going with?" I replied, "No, I need to look at the booklet to decide." I continued waiting until 11:50 AM. At that point, I walked out -- 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I could understand a delay if I were a walk-in, but not for a booked appointment.
