I asked for help finding the correct bulb for my car. While I did not have the exact model information at that moment, my vehicle was parked right outside the store and clearly visible, as the store is quite small. Luis told me that it was my responsibility to provide the exact model and that he could not assist me otherwise. I explained that the day before, another employee had helped me find the correct bulb and even assisted with installing it. Luis responded that this was not his job and that he would not help me with that. His tone was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. I felt unsupported as a customer and ultimately decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. When I told him this, he simply said that was fine. I believe customer service should include a willingness to assist, especially in situations where help is clearly possible. I hope you can address this situation to ensure a better experience for future customers.
