We purchased a swim spa from the Castle Rock store late last fall, 2025 and got it installed right after Christmas, what a great present! Eddie was very attentive and came out a few times viewing the site and making recommendations as to preparing the site, which we followed. Eddie even had contractors to recommend which made it easy. Joe handled the installation which was a big deal with the crane lift over our house and a tight fit for the pool but it all went without a hitch. The store has been quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. We did have one small needed repair and Joe spent an entire Saturday evening running around and getting it taken care of before a snow storm came in. I was very impressed by the sales team at everything hot tubz. I was very on-board with the build design of system components and accessibility to make any repairs if the unit were to break down. With that said, the unforseen warping of the sides and excessive sun fading was shocking. We immediately notified everything hot tubz of the issue and were immediately contacted and promised replacement panels...... then crickets. Once again, notified them, promised new panels.... then nothing... again... A yelp review later, we were promised the same thing..... guess what.... Stull no panels Several years and multiple calls to the store, the run-around from sales and service team.... still no panels. I'm not sure what to expect from this review, but I'll continue to hold them to the standards that they are selling people. These things are not inexpensive. We paid in full upfront. I expect some type of resolution to this and will not stop until it is. I hope this isn't common. I am not sure how you can make a product that is intended to sit outside and it self-destructs within the first 6 months. I'll follow up with this review when I have a new update. read more

We bought our hot tub from here the end of November and was able to get it delivered thew week before Christmas. The delivery guys were great and took their time placing our new hot tub where we wanted it. We used the electrician they recommended and he was actually a little bit less expensive then the other electrician who quoted us. We had family visiting us from out of town during Christmas and it was great to be able to enjoy our new spa with them. We just had our hot tub delivered last week, and we love it. We had checked out a number of hot tub places, and the American Whirlpool tub at EHT was by far our favorite. The crew at Everything Hot Tubz were so professional and worked together for a very challenging install as our yard is uneven with a steep incline. They came out and videoed the yard to make a plan on the best approach. Eddie was so nice and knowable on everything hot tubs, and Robert (Eagle Wire One Inc.) was great at running electrical. I bought a refurbished hot tub and I've left 15 messages and they won't return any. There is a lot of stuff not refurbished and pads etc that was supposed to come 3 weeks ago. After having this company service our broken hot-tub on December 29, 2017, it displayed the same error on January 16, 2018. We called back, as it had been less than one month. After initially being told that this company stands by the quality of its work, and prides itself on customer service, we were sure they would talk through the situation with us in a reasonable way. However, the owner did not. After informing us that he would be charging us the full rate to come review his prior work, we stated that we felt this was inconsistent with the previous assurances of quality and customer service. The owner stated that he did not care, and proceeded to talk over us, interrupt us, and act like a complete jerk. This company basically just took our money without fixing the problem they came out to solve; the same error is displaying, and they want us to pay again without even confirming that the problem is something different. Our purchase of a swim spa was an excellent experience from the first visit to the showroom to the installation. Everyone was patient with my barrage of questions, and helpful throughout the experience. They also helped point me to the companies necessary to get the spa in my backyard, connected, and running. The concrete person, electrician, and crane operator were all top notch. For the most part deadlines were met, and when something came up I was notified about what was going to happen next. They delivered on time and even came back out a few days later to help with further instructions and set up of the tub's unique features. Had some leaks on my hot tub so I called these guys to come fix the problem they did fix a leak but there was several others i had to call them back almost immediately and they wanted to charge me another service call they should have fixed all the leaks regardless of how long it would have taken the technician I was willing to pay for the labor but they just kept coming out fixing one thing and then leaving only to have a leak still present they told me the seals on the Jets needed to be fixed but never gave me a quote on fixing them the sad part is they said they were experts in fixing Coleman hot tubs read more

Love the tub, BUT... The (ahem).."customer service " was non existant.. Nothing but excuses for the long wait for delivery, including that MY tub was on display at a show in New York. Was told they would connect and hook it up since i was replacing another tub, so the electrical was already in place. They sent an obviously new, barely English speaking crew who had no idea how to do that. I needed a crane to lift it over the house..was told to use their name and I'd get a commercial discount. Never happened and could not contact any mgmt. To confirm. The crew left a start up kit with no explanation on how to use, including a pre-filter that six months later i discovered where to place and how/why to use. I was told I'd get $100 discount if I sold my old tub and cover as they wouldn't have to pay a disposal fee. I did that, but again they did NOT honor their word. I have NEVER received any follow up phone call to see if I had any problems or QUESTIONS! !!! BUY A MAXX tub, but buy it elsewhere. We got what I think is a decent deal on a tub, however it took longer to deliver than we expected, and then they basically deposited it in the yard, handed me a packet of papers, and left. They'd forgotten the chemical kit that was supposed to come with the tub (and is included on my receipt), and said they'd be back with it within a few days. A week later, we've heard nothing. So I have a brand new hot tub in my yard that we can't use, and house guests coming for the weekend. We don't know anything about hot tubs or how to manage the chemicals in them- we bought from this company because we believed they would help us get things set up. We were wrong. read more

DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. Armando is the owner and we had them come out and "fix" a FLO error. 2 weeks later it is broken again with the same FLO error. We gave these guys a chance and called them 2 times at 8AM and left messages. They never called us back. We called again when we got off work at 5:55PM- after they NEVER even had the courtesy to call back. Armando answered and was completely rude. Did not even spend the time to listen to what was wrong. This cancelation is due to you providing me information that the "Cirque"  model was discontinued and replaced with a new model the "June". That's sneaky. Charging full price for a discontinued item is unethical. Further, your interactions with me could be considered a scam since the transaction took place at a temporary location (Colorado Garden & Home show). It's too bad that, as a business, instead of taking the high road, you threatened me and dug in your heels and offered me "$zero" after you slipped and told me the Cirque tub is no longer available just so you could retain your "27% profit margin". I typically do not write reviews unless they are truly warranted but this must be spoken. We purchased a house a last year which came with a hot tub. The hot tub wasn't heating so I called Everything Hot Tubz. They came out the very next day and was able to diagnose and fix the issue immediately. However the tub only had about 12 jets in it and my wife wanted a better experience in the tub. My wife and I spoke with a salesperson named Ed, who was able to explain the differences in our current tub and what the new ones offered. He showed a very nice model called a 780 by Maxx. It fits my wife so wonderfully at her 5'3 yet I have my own place with an extreme therapy chair at 6'2. Ed was even able to give us something for our old tub to help make the price even better. This review only gets 1 star because the site allows for nothing lower. Trust me, this a zero star review. I have remained patient for a long time but I have reached the end of my ability for understanding. I ordered patio furniture from these guys in March of 21. The "covid" delay was understandable but my original estimate was 8-10 weeks. What wasn't understandable when it actually took 14 weeks was all the updates after 8 weeks that things "were on the way". When everything finally arrived and their White Glove install was scheduled, 2 guys showed up with 1 monkey wrench and a few screwdrivers. Setting up all the furniture took forever and when I asked why they didn't use socket sets I was told because some installers over tightened things and management wouldn't allow it. EVERYTHING, they put together was loose and wobbly which necessitated me going back over every bolt and tightening with a socket set, the way it should have been done initially. Once they opened the packages it became obvious that 2 cushions were the wrong size and style. Ok, mistakes can happen. I was assured they'd get me the right one's ASAP. They asked me to sign the invoice and I realized I was shorted an end table. A quick phone call indicated they "accidentally" left it at the warehouse. That was in July. In early August, after leaving a few VM's, I finally spoke to Ed who told me the new cushions were being "hand made" and will arrive ASAP. Since I was having a party the following week he agreed to bring me a few loaners that would be close in color. He assured me he'd bring the table too. So far I was going along since it appeared that while this place was not good at answering messages, or calling back, they were trying to make me happy. Ed showed up on August 14th with loaner pillows and no table. I have since called Everything Hottubz 6 additional times and I have no updates as to where my pillows are, nor do I have my table that has been paid for since March. They did however promise to "drop it off" on the next delivery in my area back on 9/1/21. It is now November 17th, 2021. I've left voice mails begging for a callback to my cell, and only twice did they leave a VM, but not on the callback number I left, they leave information for my wife on her number. They claim over and over that's the contact number they have on the initial order however I leave my cell number on every message telling them to delete my wife's number and only communicate with me. They want nothing to do with talking to me. Since I've called the main store number 3 more times this week, and only received the automated system, I have finally lost my patience and decided to leave this review. Do not do business with Anything Hottubz unless you are OK with poor service, no call backs, being shorted on your paid order, and receiving unmatching cushions for your patio set. read more

This is going to read like a commercial but I can't help it, I've bought hot tubs before and I know how bad it can be. But not Everything Hot Tubz. They delivered everything they said they would and when they said they would. I had somewhat of a difficult installation with some tough mountain terrain to maneuver and they did it without a scratch. This company is great at selling hot tubs, but their customer services for parts and service is horrible. The mere fact that, Ed, the owner of the company lied to me today about an issue that has been ongoing for 9 months, really tells me that this is not a company I will do business with again. I was told today that the company that makes the tub cover had denied the warranty claim on June 22, 2019, I spoke with Ed in August and was never told this. I was told by Johnny back in January that this cover would be warrantied by the company after he sent the pictures to them and received confirmation, so I was told. Now according to Ed, the owner, they will not warranty the item. I find that to be bad business practice. I am a business owner and if one of my employees told one of my customer that something would be warrantied, as a business owner I would feel obligated to honor that situation, then have a talk with my employee. When I told Ed, the owner, that I spoke with him in august he proceeded to tell me that he forgot to contact me to let me know that the warranty was denied. The three times I have spoken with the owner I have felt like he could care less about any issues that we as customers have. The times I have spoken with him I have felt cheated and talked down to. The owner of this company should never talk to the customers. He is sneaky and never speak the truth as far as my dealings with him. So be warned if you want to deal with company that lies to you and cheats you go ahead and deal with this company. read more

Delivery was on time and they worked through the small, unexpected problems we had at the house. I have owned spas before. Both other times I got ripped off on a new one with a crappy warranty that turned out to be very pro-rated. Then we moved back to Colo. and found these guys to work on our newly inherited hot tub with the house. Upon further review we could hold more water in a teaspoon than the spa would hold. The service guy came out and mentioned that they sell preowned hot tubs. Long story short, I bought one. I loved how they flat out told me that the average person spends $250 or so per year in repair costs, even on a great brand. That is very true. My new ones were the same, I just thought they had a good warranty. Only to be blamed for the break every damn time. The spa broke at like day 65. And even though it is used they game me a 90 day warranty on the electronic parts. So just $75 later and I was running again. From one spa owner, these things break. But my back hurts ALWAYS and the wife sleeps like hell without one. Just give me a good deal, show up to fix and shoot me straight PLEASE!!!! They did all of that. One thing though, they are all service repairmen. So I had to leave vmails when I called a bunch. A little annoying, but dont change it if it means you need to raise prices. haha read more
