We bought a sauna from Spa Brokers several years ago. Don, the owner of the company, was most helpful and actually assembled and finished the sauna in our basement. They did an awesome job and we've been enjoying it regularly, almost weekly especially in the winter months. The sauna had performed flawlessly! Thank you, Don and your team! Ordered a new hot tub cover from the Parker location. Finally shows up over 8 weeks later and it's the wrong one. For some odd reason, they leave the wrong one on with a couple rocks on top and they tell us they'll order the right one. This was early December 2024. Here it is March 21st, 2025 and we can't get a straight answer on if they've even ordered the correct one or not. The manager is apparently out and nobody else knows what's going on. Terrible customer service, zero follow through, highly do NOT recommend Spa Brokers!!! read more

We are extremely happy with our jacuzzi! We came here in June and our Jacuzzi arrived a couple months later. They were busy with the pandemic. A lot of people had the same idea. They brought it and set it up. Showed us how to take care of it, and gave us supplies. The whole experience was awesome! It's super nice to have those jets and hydrotherapy when you've overdone your workout. And it's wonderful on a starry night, and a full moon! I am also in love when there is snow on the ground, a chill in the air and steam rising up! Love the different colored lights, and so far it had been easy to maintain! read more

Sales and service are not what you would want at this location. I purchased (paid in full) a hot tub cover and was told that I would receive it in 6-8 weeks. The associate never sent receipt for payment and blamed that on the "system". After 2-3 more calls I fortunately received the receipt. After waiting 10-12 weeks for the cover and any information related to it, I elected to call the store as they failed to give any updates. On the phone I was told the cover would be delayed by another 8-10 weeks followed by threats to refund my money and leave me stranded without a cover because I questioned why I was not given an update!!! Sure there have been a lot of orders due to hail damage, the delay is not the problem. The problem is that the customer service is 100% lacking, they fail to send email updates to customers and are not customer friendly when you call and ask questions. When you treat them as they treat you they become assertive and victimize themselves as if its my fault I did not get the cover or updates on what I paid for. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND! read more

just now UPDATE: UPON POSTING THIS REVIEW, SPA BROKERS REACHED OUT TO ME, APOLOGIZED, AND REIMBURSED THE $100 I SPENT HAVING THE STOVE MOVED INTO THE HOUSE . SPA BROKERS CHARGES $70 FOR DELIVERY, BUT REFUSED TO BRING OUR STOVE ACTUALLY INTO OUR HOUSE!! When the delivery man showed up to our house, I showed him where to put it. He looked at me strange and told me that he's not allowed to bring the stove into the house. He said it was only him, & that all he had was a pallet jack & the stove weighed too much for one person. I was dumbfounded. We spent nearly $3,500, plus paid $70 for delivery & they weren't even bringing it into the house?? He said he gets complaints all the time about leaving it outside. I told him to make sure to relay my dissatisfaction of this policy as no one told us this would happen. I had to pay another $100 to 2 guys to move it 50 feet into the house. read more

Service after the sale is terrible. Called multiple times to ask questions on chemical application with no response. When they actually picked up the phone they seemed very put out to answer any questions. I contacted the Spa Broker location in Aurora and was very pleased with their customer service. Awful. I ordered a spa from you in May. I was told 6-8 weeks. It's now four months later. Still no spa. I was told it was coming, had a crane scheduled as well as the electrician. I got an email the day before saying it was canceled because the spa never shipped?!? Then told it would ship another day. I reached out to sales rep on the day he said to confirmed it shipped....crickets. Waited a week and emailed him again....still crickets. Not to mentioned I paid in full, so you have my money and I have nothing, not even communication. I called and was told they changed the material on the pillows. They said I could buy new ones but that's all they could do. I drove from Littleton area because the Centennial store was listed online as closed on New Year's Day. This store in Parker was listed as open. It turns out they are also closed and stuck a tiny sign on the door. Very unprofessional not to post holiday hours online. I wish the management of this store would have updated their hours online like the Centennial store did. One of the only companies I have seen that doesn't post holiday hours on their website during the holidays. They also don't have any phone recordings about holiday hours on their answering machine. We have purchased a hot tub, an outdoor fireplace and an indoor fireplace from Spa Brokers. My husband and I highly recommend them for quality but also for being very helpful and professional. My husband was in the store today to purchase spa supplies and watched a customer get angry at a salesperson for suggesting that he connect him with a service person because he didn't have the answer to the customer's question. Apparently that was not helpful enough because he stormed out of the store, which I witnessed, because I was waiting in the car. I know you can't please people every time but I give 5 stars because they definitely go out of their way as far as my hubby and I are concerned. Keep up the great work! read more

They were polite and helpful until you pay... After we paid for our spa in full ($8,500), there was no communication. We were told it would be 8 weeks until it arrived, but after months of waiting they never called or touched base. After constantly calling them to see where the spa was, it was delivered after 5 months. I understand COVID caused delays, but their customer service was horrible, they were rude over the phone and acted like we were bothering them. Also, the steps that were included in the sale were not delivered. We were told that they ran out of steps and have no idea when they will get more. Since the spa took 5 months to deliver, why didn't they save steps for us? After all, we paid for the steps 5 months ago... How can you sell out of OUR steps that should have been held for us once we paid for them. Overall, I would NOT recommend Spa Brokers of Parker for their horrible customer service and rude attitude to customers once they have paid. read more

FANTASTIC customer service. I called Carrie at Spa brokers for a fireplace part 4pm on Friday. She is very knowledgeable. We worked the problem asking if all my wiring as well as the switch. She could have upsold me to bigger part that included wiring but and ended up just needing a wall switch. It was a 79$ part. The heating company (in the mountains) that was suppose to fix my fireplace said the part would be $400. Crazy. read more

I have been doing business with these people for over five years. I can't say enough about them. One of the valves on my hot tub stopped working, so I went to the Parker store today looking for advice. Carrie asked what my phone number was, she looked up my spa make and model and diagnosed my problem with a $5.00 valve insert. Last year, I looked at Amazon for a cheaper price on supplies and AMAZON is NOT cheaper, nor can I get expert advice from Amazon. This store is pretty quiet. It usually has what I need and if not I am able to order and get exactly what I need. Staff are usually very friendly. Unfortunately I will no longer be a customer. The store did not have the filters I needed so we ordered them. 3 weeks later still no phone call to say they are in. I followed up and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Jim. He said they do have them in stock and apologized for not calling. I let him know I could make it to the store in 20 minutes, which would end up being about 5 minutes before closing. He said he could not promise he would be there because he has dinner plans with is wife. Well I understand that we all have lives and store hours are what they are. But you think he could have given a loyal customer of the past 5 years 3 minutes of his time. If a customer is in the store before closing do you not help them or do you make them leave? Bummer.
