Before (stock) on '14 INFINITI Q50
    Joby J.

I want to thank the owner and his assistant in making this the most smoothest and stress-free process that I have ever had. My brakes and rotors were in bad shape. The rotors apprentlt required resurfacing, the pads were almost worn, and causing a high pitched squeeling noise when I braked at low speeds . Infiniti wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace the rotors and pads. I said no to that and did my research and went with aftermarket parts. I found a compatible performance rotor and brake pad kit from PowerStop. I requested a quote from Josh and he provided me with a very reasonable price and one which I could not refuse. Josh took his time and demonstrated his care and precision in installing the new parts I had ordered. My new rotors and brake pads are harmoniously working as they should! - no squeeling, low brake dust, and on top of that better performance! After my experience at Everything Auto, I refuse to go anywhere else! I inquired about fluid changes and they do it all! Josh even went the extra mile and did a mini inspection on fluid levels, air filter, and looked for any mechanical issues that may compromsie the integrity of my vehicle! And you know what? I wasn't pressured into buying anything extra! If you want quality, friendly, no-pressure, and reasonably priced service then come here!

The old reservoir... view from the top

I contacted several shops to change front rotors and pads on our fiat 500 and got a wide range of prices for outrageous to reasonable... needless to say Everything Auto NY was in the latter and I was initially pleased by my interaction via Yelp's messaging as Josh Y. has always been helpful, flexible and very responsive. Due to a family emergency I couldn't take care of it right away but 2 months had passed since I had last contacted Josh and he made me feel as if not time had passed, honoring the estimate I had been given 2 months earlier, being available and accommodating. I came in early in the morning and after a short wait I got the 500 on the lift where was put in the capable hands of the understanding Cisco (as I was buzzing around the car taking pictures to post here so... thank you for the patience Cisco! ). In a short time I had my new rotors and pads on the 500 ready to go! I also had to change the windshield fluid reservoir and that was done quickly as well. Unfortunately I had to go back next day because the water pump had a broken spout and needed replacement, but thankfully Josh's wife (Ashley? my advance apologies if I remember your name incorrectly!) was extremely helpful as she got on the computer right away and found me an affordably priced replacement that could be delivered to the shop next day. She even gave me a precise estimate about when it would be available at the shop ready to install so I would know the best timeframe to get there (since i don't live close by) and optimize my schedule accordingly. Splendid! Next day I got to the shop and in a few minutes Super Cisco had the pump installed working his wizardry as he didn't even need to remove any parts to get to it and attach the pump! I was very positively impressed by the entire team at Everything Auto because from the moment I contacted Josh via chat to the moment I left the shop after service, I felt at ease (something that can't be said of many establishments I've used in the past and one of the reasons that kept me searching). I will certainly return here myself in the future anytime I'd need to do so and I will actively recommend Everything Auto to anyone I know not only because I truly believe they are professionals who work honestly and do so also to earn the respect and trust of their customers both old and new, but also because I would like my friends and co-workers to experience the same "at ease" feeling which isn't usually something that we'd associate with bringing our car to a mechanic. Plus, the fact that they can offer service at reasonable prices that are often much lower than the competition (and while I'll admit I had limited experience in that regard here, that happened to be the case), it's even more reason to choose Everything Auto NY over other shops!

So I have been driving around with a broken bushing on both of my stabilizer link on my E350 and after picking up the parts from the dealer I needed someone who would be able to replace them. Every place I called was either busy or can't do it until Monday or during the week. So after searching I ended up calling Everything Auto and spoke to a gentleman named Josh. Told him I was going to drive into NJ and hearing the noise was just too bothersome. He said come by and I'll pull your car in as soon as he was done with a customer. I went in and let's just say he checked it thoroughly and even showed me the worn out bushing and torn boot. He installed it in about an hour and the car runs without anymore clunky noise. Let's just say I'll be going to Josh more often from here on to work on my car. Thanks Josh for making time to install the end links.

Unprofessional, Hostile & Deceptive Behavior by Manager "Eric" with Retaliation by Ownership…read more I went to this AAMCO location with a broken rear differential. When I initially called to ask for a rough estimate, Eric said he could not provide one without seeing the car, but reassured me that the inspection would be free. He was also oddly flirty with me on the phone, which I found inappropriate but shrugged off. After the inspection, they quoted me over $7,000. When I declined, Eric became aggressive, condescending, and emotionally manipulative. At one point, he even threatened me by saying, "This is on a recorded line." I calmly explained that I had no issue paying for the inspection and even offered to, but he made a scene, only to turn around and say, "Our parking lot is full. We don't need the money!" If it wasn't about money, why the hostility? Later, I called back to speak with the general manager about the issue. Unfortunately, that turned out to be Eric. I then simply asked for the corporate phone number. This clearly implied he was the problem. He refused to give it to me for four minutes, repeatedly asked who I was, and even put me on hold to look up my phone number, presumably to intimidate me. He continued refusing to provide the number until I pressed him further, at which point he gave me a fake number: 1-800-526-0401. He claimed it was printed on my paperwork. It is not. That number is also not AAMCO corporate's. Eric even admitted he knew I was calling to file a complaint, confirming that he was deliberately trying to block me from doing so. This is textbook complaint suppression. Yelp reviews show other women have reported similar treatment from Eric going back at least six months. This points to a clear pattern: gaslighting, intimidation, suppression of complaints, and deeply unprofessional behavior. And then came the retaliation. I never asked for the owner's number, but shortly after hanging up on Eric's threats, I received a call and text from Jon (the franchise owner), saying, "It doesn't get any higher than me." That alone was deeply concerning. He inserted himself immediately, not to apologize or investigate, but to intimidate and control the narrative. I had never contacted him directly. For the owner to jump in unprompted, minimize the issue, and falsely state that there was no further recourse is not just unprofessional, it's retaliatory. I've filed formal complaints with AAMCO Corporate and the Better Business Bureau and will escalate this further if needed. What happened to me is not just about a bad business interaction, it's a pattern of retaliatory abuse and a refusal to take accountability. Avoid this location at all costs, especially if you are a woman. You deserve honesty, professionalism, and respect. None of those things exist here.
