I was in the neighborhood, and craving something healthy, but, nothing fancy. I hopped onto Yelp, and did a search for sandwiches, and then narrowed my results by distance. Everytable came up at the top at a distance of 1 mile. I perused the menu, and saw that they served up healthy options that wouldn't break the bank. Meals for one to sandwiches to snacks, plus, cold pressed juices! Sold! I found the place easy enough, and found parking in an adjacent lot, since they share a crowded parking lot with two other eateries. Now, I read that the place was a grab-and-go, which suited me just fine. When I entered the place, sure enough, their food options were neatly lined up and displayed. I was immediately greeted by a fella who I think might've been the owner. Friendly guy, friendly service, as I would hope there would be when supporting a small business. I ended up buying a smoked ham sandwich on marble rye, and a bag of Siete brand chips. I didn't buy a drink since I had my drink jug in my car. The place isn't entirely a grab-and-go. You DO have to pay for your stuff before you go! The place has a simple, yet, bright and inviting atmosphere. Something like a 7-Eleven, but not cramped. I remember hearing about Everytable, but at the time I think they only delivered. They didn't have stores set up to pick up food from. I'm obsessed with the Nashville Hot Chicken Pasta!!! I've tried other stuff, but honestly this has been my go to. Alex had great customer service, and answered my questions. Also provided me info on this point system they had. I'll start off why I didn't give 5 stars. TOO MUCH SODIUM. I suppose this may be the reason why the meals are so good lol. It's a must to ensure you drink a lot of water if these meals are your go-to like they've become mine. My favs are the turkey taco bowl, and chicken shawarma. The last two times I went, unfortunately the chicken shawarma was out of stock which was a bummer. I do appreciate the buy 5 get 1 free and the discount for cumulative points. I think the meals are fairly priced and affordable so I hope they don't increase. If they could use less sodium they would definitely have 5 stars from me! read more

I was pleased to FINALLY have an Everytable in my Bixby neighborhood. I have become a big fan of their concept of daily prepared hot and cold meals that are healthy and preservative free. Their chefs also create visually appealing meals that are very delicious. The website allows me to order up to a week's worth of breakfast, lunches and dinners and store them at home, ready to go. One additional benefit: I find myself snacking less with when they are available. Part of their mission is to bring healthy options to food impoverished communities. Got off work and wanted something different. Drove around a bit then remembered this place. I've seen them a few times but never been inside. It's very small, I don't know why but I was expecting something bigger. The clerk was just finishing up with a customer then immediately assisted me. He asked if this was my first time here, I said yes so he explained that the meals were made fresh, he pointed out different salads, which is what I came in for... they all looked good. So many also choices, I really appreciated the help. I chose the Apple Cheddar Crunch Salad and I found something for dinner, the Homegirl Salmon Adobo. The clerk offered to warm my Salmon for me but I was taking everything home so I passed. I signed up for their rewards program. I instantly saved myself money Lol, it doesn't get better than that. I was offered a bag for 10 cents but I said no thank you and carried my food to the car. I ate my salad as soon as I got home. That Balsamic dressing was the perfect balance for this salad. I ate my Salmon meal later for dinner, that was very tasty as well, especially those pickled onions!! Overall the meal was good and it's a good value. Small convenience like shop with ready to eat meals. Employees always nice. I've liked every single meal I've tried they are 6/6 on the meals. Salmon meals have been my fave so far. I don't think I'll do their fruit or veggie cups anymore. They were not that fresh so I was a bit disappointed in that. But the prices on meals are great and I love how fresh all meals are. Awful customer service. We walk in and the employee was already helping two people. We didn't receive a greeting, but maybe he was just focused on the transaction. They finish at the register and leave. I hear a "hi, welcome in" and assume it's for us, turn around and it was for the two new people who walked in. He then proceeds to ask them if it's their first time, and chats with them. Meanwhile acting as if we don't exist. I'd love to not make it about race but given the two men before us and the woman and her child after us had skin that didn't look like ours, it's hard to imagine what else it could've been. Do y'all rememember Fresh & Easy? Well, Everytable made me nostalgic of Fresh & Easy without the grocery shopping option. When I have busy work weeks, I like to come in on Mondays for the 5 for $45 deal - mix & match. Not sure how long they'll have that. My favorite option that I tried was the Super Food Salmon salad. I've also tried the Elote Caesar salad, Tangy BBQ Chicken Salad, Lemon Pepper Chicken Caesar Salad, Trap Kitchen Curry Chicken, Homegirl Salmon Adobo, and Pasta Pomodoro. Coming into this, don't expect a Michelin star meal. These are pretty much meal preps for us busy folk. A lot of the chicken dishes were okay, I did prefer the salmon ones more. It can be harder for some to make chicken breast good and juicy. You're not going to get that from the white meat chicken options. The vegetarian ones like the pasta pomodoro I had was not bad either. Nothing is overly seasoned, so it may come off bland to some. I don't like a lot of sugar or sodium in my meals for the week, so Everytable gets the job done. Everything was always filling. I just love the convenience of it all. They're not good for a whole week. They like to make things fresh to last maybe not more than 2-3 days. read more

While most of the dishes include the kinds of things you would find in a salad, they also liberally throw in carb-heavy ingredients like pasta which loads each dish up with carbohydrates.
