i just finished working with Everlasting Windows. i do not recommend them. lots of promises in the beginning but very poor follow through. it was impossible to get a response from anyone in the office. it was hard to know when they would finish the work. i tried to get the owner to call me but he never would. i was given a date and time for them to finish the work and they showed up four hours early. their subcontractors were all good but the office is terrible. Looks like we should have read the reviews before trusting these guys. Saw these guys at a farmers market, took the time to listen to their pitch and scheduled an at-home consultation. The guy showed up 20min late and assured us it wouldn't happen again. He then spends an hour talking over everything, at this point it's almost 7pm and I ask if we're almost done, we needed to wrap things up for dinner and get the family fed. We decided on a product and look, at about 7:20-7:30 he asks if he could spend another 15+ min to sit there and build everything out to give us the estimate. In my mind I'm thinking, you had all this time and can't give us an estimate within an hour after you already measured and got here late. We politely declined and asked if he can just send them later. He said "sure! It probably won't be tonight but first thing tomorrow morning". That was weeks ago. Never sent us anything, no call to follow up, nothing but our time wasted. read more

There were warning signs leading up to the day of install, but when they started the install is when the problems really started. The installers demo'd out a bunch of windows before started trying to install. The first window would not fit. I suggested not demo'ing any more until they got those to fit, but they went ahead and demo'd the rest while trying to fit the first window. Next thing I know they are hammering on the window frames at the top and bottom, bending them down to get the windows to fit. They hammered the top and bottom of every window frame amd destroyed them to make these windows fit. I was sick, but it was over 100 degrees out and they had demo'd out all the windows already so it was either leave holes in the house or allow them to continue. Now I am on the hook for some expensive crappy windows that my solar screens won't even fit over. I am so disappointed. read more

We had windows & a front door installed. One of the windows was missing a clip that holds the window open. We were told by our installer, Ryan, that it would be a couple of weeks to get the clips & he'd be back out to put in the window. I'm loving my new windows! The process was much quicker than I thought. I was freaked out about having my house open to the elements but the were finished within a few hours. There were 3 of them working. All were professional and they cleaned up after they left. It's been 2 months and I haven't seen a bill yet so I can't comment on that part yet. read more

super disappointed with this company. I requested a bid on a new french door for my house and they said they would ONLY come to give the free estimate IF all homeowners were present. I explained that this is my second home and I would like to get a bid and then discuss it with them so when we do come out they can install. They wouldn't even escalate to leadership just said that was their policy - I told them other companies were willing to bid without me being present and they confirmed they would rather opt out of bidding at all vs come see it without all homeowners present. I just signed up with Everlasting Windows and Doors to have 4 Windows and a slider replaced on 05/12/2025, and I have had a very unsettling feeling ever since. After reading the reviews, my worst fear was confirmed, I believe that I am paying way too much it's almost $13,000 and it was supposed to be at 4.9% financing but she ran my credit and said that I didn't qualify my credit score is in the mid 700's and so I told her we'll that I was not interested because 11.4% was just too high for a 12-year term. So then she said that although the quote was good for a year the deal that she was offering was only good if she didn't have to come back out. So I had her check to see what the payment would be if I gave her $1,000 down, and she said that it would drop the payment from $170 to $147 which just didn't seem all that great. It seemed like she was pushing me to make a deal right there on the spot. Is there any way to get outta this, even if I lose my $1,000 down, the overall reviews on this company are 2-1/2 ? read more

We required some additional follow up after our initial install and have been given the runaround for the past 4-5 months! Very frustrated with the lack of service. Did not deliver what was promised and understood. The door mechanism was not as we had discussed at the sales presentation. Charged exorbitant price and assured everything would be finished and perfect. Left 1/2 inch gap on door installation at floor. Will not return calls to have installer manager look at it. Extremely sloppy mahogany colored putty around door frame. Only wish I had read the reviews before committing to the work. Buyer beware and use someone else. The product of the door is excellent. They came out to my house and measured for windows, then never sent me a proposal. I called 2 times and asked for it and was assured it was coming, but never got it. TOTAL RIP OFF!! Besides being cheaply made and WAY overpriced, Ashley wrote out my payment plan for me which was affordable for a monthly payment. My first statement came and they wanted over 3x as much as what Ashley wrote my payments would be. My payments are no where near what Ashley wrote down they'd be and they're definitely not interest fee ( I gave Ashley the coupon for 24 month zero percent financing) Need to spread the word that this company even though it's "family owned" according to Ashley is a huge scam!! read more

Thus saving the time to search for quality, just ask a partner! Somebody needs an awesome cement guy, handy man/contractor or painter, we have them! Need windows? Well, we don't have a great window and door business yet, but do not go with Everlastng! Now, here's my experience with this company. We called and left a message last weekend and on Monday, Rachel, returned our call. I told her that one of our rental houses in Sun City, probably has the original single pane windows and need all new quality windows including two sliding glass doors. She went ahead and made an appointment for 1pm on Saturday, which is today. She mentioned that the windows can be measured from the outside and needs to contact the person who does the measurements and get back with me so, I can let the tenants know. On Tuesday, I called and left a message to not only find out about the measurements but, also to confirm the Saturday appointment. I then called each day with no one picking up the phone. On Friday, I called the number on their flyer and a woman picked up the phone. I believe that was Ashley the owner. I told Ashley that I wanted to confirm the appointment made for Saturday. She didn't have me on her calendar. So she put me on hold to ask Rachel. She came back on and told me that they don't do rental properties because, they've had problems with tenants and owners. With an appointment already made, I was now getting agitated because, they didn't have the decency and professionalism to call me back and let me know, instead leave me hanging! Not to mention, if this is a small family and Veteran owned business. Everyone who works there would know that they don't do rentals! Just like I, mentioned to Everlasting comment section on their website, this company needs to state this on all their flyers and advertisements! My wife also works in the real estate business and where is a better place to get referrals for things like a window and door company! Maybe this company doesn't need more business? However, this was a lost opportunity for them! This company may have outstanding workers and the best products to offer but, I will never know! They didn't give me the chance because of a poor business decision due to unreasonable people they've had to deal with! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time connecting with the company for a FREE quote. First of all, this person showed up late. I explained that I am decisive and told him what I'm looking for and he proceeded to tell me he could only give the quote if I spend an hour and a half to 2hrs learning about doors. I requested that we start the process and he wouldn't even start but explained to me that he didn't want to unless I spent a full two hours. Then proceeded to tell me that we should reschedule. I suggested we just start and he was reluctant to provide a bid and argue with me about it. At that point I explained to him that I was done and that his level of customer service is not indicative of someone who I want to do business with. Not surprising look at the other Yelp reviews. I had need of a repair for a sliding door (arcadia). Everlast gave me a quote and recommended a new handle, track and rollers. Rollers would be a special order. Quote was 365.00! I did not use them. Instead I used Valley Wide who came out, did not need a new handle or track. Just new rollers and some adjusting at less than half the quote from Everlast. I would just say buyer be aware and do you research before you hire! read more

My family and I moved into our new build home in mid April. The day we moved in we had everlasting window and door come to give us a quote for a trio of doors,French door,barn door and a redone pantry door. Initially everything seemed great and we waited our 4 week window,and still no doors. Once they finally did come the only we're able to install the French doors which arrived unpainted and bare(no paint in invoice) however it wasn't communicated at the time we needed to request it. Sadly the French doors didn't go in so well as the glass at the top wasn't secured and caused rubbing.this however was fixed but the crew had to come back with the right molding another day and paint which was applied in house by small brushes leaving lots of stroke marks(this is a door and window company not painters as for quality). We are going to have someone else come in and correct the flaws as the quality is sub par. So a few weeks later we got our barn door and pantry door back-barn door came out ok as it was ordered from a partnering company. however the pantry door which we had frosted glass installed and painted to match cabinets once again didn't come out very well and had them take back to correct. Another week goes by and finally they brought a finished product. I have to say it was very difficult getting a hold of anyone during business hours untill we got the installers direct number. Quality in my opinion wasn't up to par and the more than double timeframe quoted left us with a bitter taste. read more

We got a referral from a reputable company to use Everlasting W & D. Big mistake! We paid 100% for a screen door for our rental property in April 2015 and still have no screen door! The company representative apologizes over and over each time we are able to reach her and promises to get the screen door ordered AGAIN and get it installed. We made contact in May, August, October and November and still no door. The last promise was to measure again on Nov. 10th and install on Nov 19th with a phone call when the job was complete. We've heard nothing and they don't answer the phone. We don't even know if the door was ever ordered. They have $260 of our money and we have zilch. I would say they have terrible customer service. read more

No confidence in this company. After taking several weeks to finally replace my window in February, just a few weeks ago, the window split in half due to defect. They came out, blamed the heat which seems odd as all the other windows in the house have endured 14 summers of heat. Was told they would come back with samples of low-e glass and now they vanished! Dust in the wind. I had to call another company to come out, point out issues with the install and offer to do the job right. You could say I'm disappointed. read more

I called the morning of the estimate to confirm they were coming by and the person who answered assured me they would be there. I will say up front that the work itself was great. The guys who did the installs and painting had a great work ethic and did great work. However, the communications disconnects and delays during this project were abysmal. Our project was supposed to take 3 weeks - in the end, it took 6 months. I was regularly quoted arrival times for various parts of the project; the owners and/or workers were invariably late, sometimes by as much as two hours. When we started this project and ordered the new doors/security doors, Everlasting told me that the doors would be ready in three weeks. At the four-week mark, with no communication from them at all, I had to contact them to find out when they were going to be here to install the doors, when they were going schedule the painter, when they were going to install the security doors, etc etc. On several occasions, I responded to texts at the number from which I received them, only to get no answer back. After telling me when we started this project that they were ordering all the pieces and parts, every time I questioned when a part of the work was to be done (install doors, paint doors, install screen doors, install dog door, install/paint hallway door), the response was always, "I'll order it today." There were delays in making repairs to the dog door (to include finding out they hadn't even ordered a replacement for the door after the initial visit) even when I told them it was causing an significant increase in my A/C bill. I'd paid 50% up front; the rest was due Net 30. The project was finished on 8/16. The owner asked for payment before he walked out the door. I received the final invoice that same day, 8/16, with a note requesting payment. The next day, I got a follow-up call asking for payment. The day after that, a text requesting payment. Given the overall communications and delay history, it is off-putting to see the diligence with which they now communicate with me to be paid. If they'd shown half this level of diligence during the job, I not only would have felt better about choosing the company, but would have had a better overall impression and experience regarding this work. As it stands, this feels like the typical bad contractor experience, where the contractor gets my deposit, disappears off the face of the earth for weeks on end, is unreachable for questions, then demands an immediate payment as soon as the long-delayed project is finished.
