While I hope not to become a regular customer, ...Dr. Nima is my only choice after decades of searching for a great endodontist. Unfortunately, I am now paying the price for not taking the best care of my teeth. Everywhere else, I felt treated like a "source of revenue". Dr. Nima is an incredible communicator. There was no BS, no push for expensive options, etc. For the first time in my 65 years, I have come to completely trust a doctor. The entire team was wonderful. Thank you, Dr. Nima & team. read more

I had been dealing with tooth pain for a few months, but my earlier dentist couldn't figure out the cause. One day the pain became unbearable, and I had to go to urgent care. After that visit, I was finally able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Nima at Evergreen Orthodontics - and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Nima walked me through three possible treatment options, and based on his clear explanation, I decided to go with a root canal. They also performed a filling during the same appointment, so I didn't have to make an extra trip to a regular dentist. The best part? Absolutely no pain after the procedure. I'm honestly amazed at how smooth and comfortable the entire experience was. Scheduling was easy, every one of my questions was answered quickly, and their pricing was surprisingly pocket-friendly compared to what I've heard from others. What stood out most was that they never tried to sell me anything unnecessary. Dr. Nima, Cassie, and April were all incredibly caring. April, in particular, was impressively thorough - she had already checked my remaining insurance balance before I even thought to ask. I will definitely choose Evergreen Orthodontics again. Highly recommended! read more

Dr Nima & the rest of the staff were incredibly responsive, and very pleasant to work with. They scheduled my appointment just on the other side of the weekend I called for, and worked directly with my dental insurance to handle the billing. They took great care to explain every step of the procedure, give me opportunities to ask questions, and take it at whatever pace I preferred. The root canal itself was painless and quick, and it took less than two hours to diagnose & image, do the root canal, and fill the core of the tooth again. I would heartily recommend Evergreen Endodontics to anyone, and while I hope I never need a root canal, this is where I would go if I did. read more

I needed a root canal and was referred to Dr. Nima. I was so impressed with him and his staff. Everyone was kind, friendly and professional. The facility was clean and organized. Dr. Nada took the time to explain what my options were in addition to the root canal to help me decide the best course of action. The root canal was explained to me and what to expect. He kept me informed throughout the procedure. When finished he brought me to his computer screen and explained everything that was done with a video of the procedure. Thank you Dr. Nima for a job well done. read more

The staff at Evergreen is top notch! April at the front desk is friendly and informative. She even told me things about my insurance I didn't know! Doc was informative non judgmental and an absolute perfectionist! This is the type of care I have been looking for for a long time. He made getting a root canal like a walk in the park. And on top of all that... their office is gorgeous! Go to Evergreen Endodontics if you want top notch care! read more

Since you gave zero regard to my google review, I'm happy to leave another negative review here since it seems you are just another self-entitled doctor who lacks any sort of accountability. I was referred by Clearwater Dental in Cle Elum in the summer of '23 for a root canal. I drove over an hour to this location where I was badgered and insisted into more x-rays and even a CT scan (that was not covered by my insurance) to tell me I needed a root canal. ??? The level of care does not match the decor of the office. read more

Dr Nima did a wonderful job making my daughter feel comfortable during her root canal. His office was able to get us in quickly and was able to bill my insurance as well. Dr Nima provided a video of his work and explained what he was doing during the whole process which made my daughter feel completely comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Nima for your dental needs. read more

Dr. Dejbod as great. It was the best root canal I have ever experienced. April was great and took care of setting up the appointment the same day as requested and helped me with all the paperwork. Cassie is Doctor Dejbod's assistant and was right there all the way through the procedure. Dr. Dejbod explained everything in detail as to what he was going to do and afterwards he went over the procedure with me and showed my the videos of my tooth. Wow! Wow! Wow! If I ever have to have another root canal this is where I will go. On last thing: Except for a tiny little pinch with only one of the shots the whole procedure was pain-free. I practically slept through the procedure. read more

Absolutely the best experience. The whole staff from first phone call to make appointment to the checkout after work was completed was seamless, professional and stellar. Would highly recommend Evergreen Endodontics for your next procedure, you will not be disappointed. After developing a bad toothache, my dentist referred me to get a root canal. They couldn't get me in until few days later so after reading the good reviews about this place, I called for the first available appointment. I was surprised it was the doctor himself who answered the phone. He took pertinent information and was able to see me the very next morning. From the moment I stepped into their clean and aesthetically pleasing office (and such relaxing view!), Jackie and Dr. Nima took good care of me. They are friendly, explained everything clearly so I'd know what to expect. Dr. Nima took time to diagnose the problem, gave me the treatment options as well as the financial aspects. He answered all my questions clearly and patiently. He and Jackie worked efficiently and cohesively together. I was pleasantly surprised the procedure was painless! Afterwards, he even showed and sent me the video of the procedure. I am a medical professional and I can tell they pay a lot of attention to taking care of their patients. I wouldn't ever want another endodontic procedure but now I know where to go. I can't imagine having a better experience than what I went through at Evergreen Endodontics. read more

I was in tremendous pain and couldn't wait another day to get my root canal done. I had called around and another place that was highly recommended couldn't get me in until the next week. I called Evergreen Endodontics and spoke to Dr Dejbod. He was able to get me in later that evening. When i got there he introduced himself and went over my history and went over what was going on with my tooth. He was very thorough explaining to me what he was going to do and even set the mood to make sure I'm relaxed and comfortable throughout the time. I got to choose some music I wanted to listen to and he let me know that anytime I needed something to let him know. After almost 3 hours later, it was completed and I didn't have that sharp pain in my jaw anymore. I really wanted to pullout the tooth because i was in sooooo much pain. Thank you Dr Dejbod. I highly recommend going to Dr Dejbod you won't me disappointed. read more

Fabulous !!! I have never been so well taken care of. Dr Dr Nima Dejbod and his staff are warm and welcoming. The kindness they showed me was over the top. We need more professionals like them. He was patient, and took the time to explain my options. I fell asleep both times I was there. The fact that he was willing to stay late for me so Ia could still work was another reason . I highly recommend him .I was able to take my trip pain free. read more

Arrived at the office with a desperately needed root canal. Good parking and easy access. The exterior is unassuming but when you walk in you are greeted with a well thought out modern design and a great patient-view of the river which is a nice plus side to the overall root canal situation. Dr Nima and staff were knowledgeable and patient. Explained the no rush process and was fairly painless. Pretty much fell asleep for half of the root canal. Dr Nima goes the extra mile to be there for his patients and saw me numerous times when my primary dentist was closed. Tooth felt painless after the procedure and remains to be pain free. read more

I would highly recommend Dr. Dejbod. A state of the art practice. He explained the procedure before we began. When completed he show me what was done.
