Dr Nima & the rest of the staff were incredibly responsive, and very pleasant to work with. They scheduled my appointment just on the other side of the weekend I called for, and worked directly with my dental insurance to handle the billing. They took great care to explain every step of the procedure, give me opportunities to ask questions, and take it at whatever pace I preferred. The root canal itself was painless and quick, and it took less than two hours to diagnose & image, do the root canal, and fill the core of the tooth again. Since you gave zero regard to my google review, I'm happy to leave another negative review here since it seems you are just another self-entitled doctor who lacks any sort of accountability. I was referred by Clearwater Dental in Cle Elum in the summer of '23 for a root canal. I drove over an hour to this location where I was badgered and insisted into more x-rays and even a CT scan (that was not covered by my insurance) to tell me I needed a root canal. ??? Dr. Dejbod as great. It was the best root canal I have ever experienced. April was great and took care of setting up the appointment the same day as requested and helped me with all the paperwork. Cassie is Doctor Dejbod's assistant and was right there all the way through the procedure. Dr. Dejbod explained everything in detail as to what he was going to do and afterwards he went over the procedure with me and showed my the videos of my tooth. Wow! Wow! Wow! If I ever have to have another root canal this is where I will go. On last thing: Except for a tiny little pinch with only one of the shots the whole procedure was pain-free. Dr Nima did a wonderful job making my daughter feel comfortable during her root canal. His office was able to get us in quickly and was able to bill my insurance as well. After developing a bad toothache, my dentist referred me to get a root canal. They couldn't get me in until few days later so after reading the good reviews about this place, I called for the first available appointment. I was surprised it was the doctor himself who answered the phone. He took pertinent information and was able to see me the very next morning. From the moment I stepped into their clean and aesthetically pleasing office (and such relaxing view!), Jackie and Dr. Nima took good care of me. They are friendly, explained everything clearly so I'd know what to expect. Dr. Nima took time to diagnose the problem, gave me the treatment options as well as the financial aspects. He answered all my questions clearly and patiently. He and Jackie worked efficiently and cohesively together. I was pleasantly surprised the procedure was painless! Afterwards, he even showed and sent me the video of the procedure. I am a medical professional and I can tell they pay a lot of attention to taking care of their patients. I was in tremendous pain and couldn't wait another day to get my root canal done. I had called around and another place that was highly recommended couldn't get me in until the next week. I called Evergreen Endodontics and spoke to Dr Dejbod. He was able to get me in later that evening. When i got there he introduced himself and went over my history and went over what was going on with my tooth. He was very thorough explaining to me what he was going to do and even set the mood to make sure I'm relaxed and comfortable throughout the time. I got to choose some music I wanted to listen to and he let me know that anytime I needed something to let him know. I arrived at Evergreen Endodontics with a mouthful of pain. I was welcomed into the beautiful professional State of the art setting, with a wonderful view of the Issaquah creek. I was introduced to Dr. Nima Dejbod and the professional office staff. Dr. Nima did some procedures with his professional talent and high tech. equipment, while I relaxed as much as possible and enjoyed the view of the wild life in the creek. Arrived at the office with a desperately needed root canal. Good parking and easy access. The exterior is unassuming but when you walk in you are greeted with a well thought out modern design and a great patient-view of the river which is a nice plus side to the overall root canal situation. Dr Nima and staff were knowledgeable and patient. Explained the no rush process and was fairly painless. Pretty much fell asleep for half of the root canal.
