The staff at Issaquah Endodontics were so incredibly kind and welcoming that it really took some of the edge off for me. Dr. Gabel was outstanding. I had to have a root canal done so my nerves were both literally and figuratively wracked. Dr. Gabel said "the best root canal is one you don't feel" and he made absolutely sure I was in no pain at all. It takes a lot to make me calm in this types of situations ever since my previous bad dental experience but he was so cool, calm and collected - it was obvious I was in excellent care. The whole time I was thinking "man, this guy is a pro." He really is. I don't recommend needing a root canal but if you ever do, Dr. Gable is your guy.

I would like to get my money and time back. Also when I called the emergency number when something came off from my implant, he asked me to take a picture of it and send to me. I did. Unfortunately, my spouse woke up feeling unwell with flu like symptoms and consequently needed to cancel/reschedule her appointment. When she called the clinic to inform them, we were shocked by the response. Instead of prioritizing public health, the clinic insisted she keep the appointment, stating that they had already scheduled two assistants for our visits. Their justification was that staff would wear masks, asserting it was acceptable for a sick patient to come in. ​This is not only irresponsible but demonstrates a complete disregard for the well-being of other patients and staff. Encouraging someone with flu-like symptoms to visit a healthcare facility is reckless and, frankly, unethical. It puts everyone else at risk including other patients, employees, and the community. ​We will not be returning to a clinic that prioritizes staffing logistics over basic health precautions. I immediately canceled my own appointment as well. This experience has completely eroded our trust in Meadow Creek Dental.

After my dentist sent over my referral for a root canal, Dr. Nima called me to introduce himself and what will happen during our upcoming appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to have heard from him directly as that is rarely the case with doctors. At the appointment, I was shocked to know that I was his only patient at that time. I've become so accustomed to loud, fast-paced and stressful dental office environments that I was loving his peaceful space (it even had calming blue colors and a nice view Issaquah Creek outside!) Dr. Nima did some evaluative tests to confirm that a root canal was recommended. I trusted his advice and appreciated that he answered all my questions about the procedure. As a visual learner, I was happy when he used a demonstration teeth model as an aid for explaining a complicated and unfamiliar procedure. The procedure itself was just fine, seemed to go by relatively quickly. It was nice and reassuring having Dr. Nima talk through what he was doing throughout the root canal. He provided me with a cute care package and even called the next day to check in on me! Dr. Nima provided me such a great patient experience.
