There are a handful front desk/receptionists working here which means there are more people to readily support, answer questions, answer phone calls, and get you checked in/out. They are all so warm, sweet, patient, and possess a great level of details about the procedures. When you've been in debilitating pain for a while, these traits are especially appreciated. I learned that the dentists here each have 2 assistants supporting them daily which allows for a pretty amazing level of efficiency. I had lots of questions, and am a curious person in general, so I had lots of questions that Dr. Roberts was able to answer graciously and in-depth. After spending some time listening to her, I felt so at ease with her confidence and knew she was experienced and very competent. Rylie was the assistant, and she had everything down to a rhythm. The engagement and teamwork between the two were pretty astounding as if they were operating with one single brain. It was both fluid and very friendly. From the way they were talking, I can sense they're both just kind and great people- you know, the type of people you want taking care of you. Dr. Roberts ended up having a few extra post-op x-rays done on me to make sure everything was done to her standards. She apologized for the extended time doing these, but I really appreciate and am grateful she is devoted to her craft and care to ensure she's done her best for me. I had to have a root canal done so my nerves were both literally and figuratively wracked. Dr. Gabel said "the best root canal is one you don't feel" and he made absolutely sure I was in no pain at all. It takes a lot to make me calm in this types of situations ever since my previous bad dental experience but he was so cool, calm and collected - it was obvious I was in excellent care. The procedure itself was painless with the exception of a few pinches from the injections for numbing. All of my post-operative pain was managed appropriately and detailed instructions were given as to post-operative antibiotics and the prescription mouth rinse. Dr. Wang was great about explaining the procedure, the risks and benefits as well as the expected outcomes. He is very calm and personable, clearly cares a great deal about his patients. His staff (Nicole and Chelsea) were excellent resources regarding my concerns over pain (there were a few days where it was intense) and they handled the billing procedures quickly and easily. They called me the evening of the procedure and the day after to check up on how I was doing. Dr. Wang was out-of-network on my dental plan but I was fortunate to have funds from a flexible spending account to cover the rest of the cost. Later this year, during one of my weekly Invisalign check-ins, my orthodontist noticed a small cyst forming above the tooth that had the root canal and told me to get it checked out. I first went back to my old dentist (whom I've since switched from), and they referred me back to my original endodontist for a re-treatment. But since my previous experience there wasn't great, I decided not to go back. Instead, I found a new place -- Kirkland Endo. They require a referral from your general dentist, so I called my current dentist's office, and they immediately sent over all my records. Kirkland Endo scheduled me for a consultation the very next day and the actual treatment the day after. Super efficient! Everyone at Kirkland Endo was incredibly kind and professional. My treatment was done by Dr. Rude, and the experience was fantastic! He was kind, polite, confident, and had such a warm smile -- honestly gave me friendly "Dr. Carlisle from Twilight" vibes! The whole procedure took about an hour. From the moment the strawberry-flavored numbing gel went on to the very end, I didn't feel a hint of discomfort. The best part? He was able to treat the root canal by making a tiny hole through my crown -- then sealed it up perfectly. I didn't even need to get a new crown! I walked out feeling great and so relieved -- literally sat in my car afterward and wrote this review right away!
