There are a handful front desk/receptionists working here which means there are more people to readily support, answer questions, answer phone calls, and get you checked in/out. They are all so warm, sweet, patient, and possess a great level of details about the procedures. When you've been in debilitating pain for a while, these traits are especially appreciated. I learned that the dentists here each have 2 assistants supporting them daily which allows for a pretty amazing level of efficiency. I had lots of questions, and am a curious person in general, so I had lots of questions that Dr. Roberts was able to answer graciously and in-depth. After spending some time listening to her, I felt so at ease with her confidence and knew she was experienced and very competent. Rylie was the assistant, and she had everything down to a rhythm. The engagement and teamwork between the two were pretty astounding as if they were operating with one single brain. It was both fluid and very friendly. From the way they were talking, I can sense they're both just kind and great people- you know, the type of people you want taking care of you. Dr. Roberts ended up having a few extra post-op x-rays done on me to make sure everything was done to her standards. She apologized for the extended time doing these, but I really appreciate and am grateful she is devoted to her craft and care to ensure she's done her best for me. I had to have a root canal done so my nerves were both literally and figuratively wracked. Dr. Gabel said "the best root canal is one you don't feel" and he made absolutely sure I was in no pain at all. It takes a lot to make me calm in this types of situations ever since my previous bad dental experience but he was so cool, calm and collected - it was obvious I was in excellent care. The whole time I was thinking "man, this guy is a pro." He really is. I don't recommend needing a root canal but if you ever do, Dr. Gable is your guy.

I am very curious why the general dentist would not do the root canal and make a crown for me in-house, until I met Dr.Donley and saw her cutting edge medical equipments. The initial phone consultation was answered by Chanel, she was incredibly knowledgeable for the endodontics procedure, timeline, terminology, as well as the insurance coverage. So after the phone call, I was clear of my insurance copay and my out of pocket expense. Super transparent. My first visit was taking a 180 degree X-ray examination for the entire teeth, the cutting edge scanner could demonstrate the tooth nerves in different angles, any infection around my molar. The traditional X-ray would never give me such detailed information. Dr.Donley kindly discussed my treatment plan based on the examination, tried her best to save the tooth. My second visit was actually to perform the root canal treatment. Dr.Donley extremely cared about patient's feeling, professional, with good bedside manner. All the treatment was done with microscope by precise operation. An equipment called Gentle Wave could clean and suck the pulps inside my tooth, which was much better than traditional root canal treatment. Dr.Donley even called me the same day after hours to check if I am feeling any pain and gave me instruction for taking pain relief medicine. My toothache was unbearable even after taking Ibuprofen, so Dr.Donley called a local pharmacy to prescribe antibiotics for me. Can you imagine, all this happened in Sunday noon! Once she knew my situation, she immediately called me and discussed the solution. After the third visit, my treatment was completely done. No more toothache, my molar was saved by Dr.Donley. Unfortunately, my spouse woke up feeling unwell with flu like symptoms and consequently needed to cancel/reschedule her appointment. When she called the clinic to inform them, we were shocked by the response. Instead of prioritizing public health, the clinic insisted she keep the appointment, stating that they had already scheduled two assistants for our visits. Their justification was that staff would wear masks, asserting it was acceptable for a sick patient to come in. ​This is not only irresponsible but demonstrates a complete disregard for the well-being of other patients and staff. Encouraging someone with flu-like symptoms to visit a healthcare facility is reckless and, frankly, unethical. It puts everyone else at risk including other patients, employees, and the community. ​We will not be returning to a clinic that prioritizes staffing logistics over basic health precautions.
