The only issue I have is their office is extremely difficult to get a hold of and I've had to have his hospice team attempt to contact them each time that I needed to talk to them. But the office and the people that work in, it are amazing. I'm thinking it must be Something with their call center? it's extremely frustrating though because I can't get a callback on a follow up nor have I been able to get a message to him other than leaving it on the voicemail when I was lucky enough to get voicemail and then they returned one phone call and I never heard back from them again. Hospice has been having the same issue. They have now at this time been trying to contact him for three weeks with no results. But as far as Dr. Abdullah goes, I would recommend him to anybody because he is amazing as is his dietitian and his staff.

She frequently makes sure that she was able to address my mom's questions and concerns. My mom is a retired physician and although quiet during appointments, she usually tells me a lot after every appt. She has been nothing but satisfied with Dr. Troncales. She appreciates that she does not feel rushed. She is grateful that she has gotten established with a physician who is so passionate about helping the older population.

My husband and I had both previously seen Dr. Poling as our primary care and had great experiences, so I was excited to transfer my daughter's care to Link as well. However, my husband was met with criticism and skepticism regarding our childcare choices and I was completely shocked to hear that the Doctor noted my Bipolar Disorder and in the same breath asked if I was "living in the home" despite the fact that I am listed as the primary contact, and am the primary prescriber for our family's insurance plan, and signed that I was in fact the one preparing new patient paperwork. Because my husband was the one to take my daughter to the appointment, it was assumed I was an incompetent and uninvolved parent due to my psychiatric disability. This is blatant sexism and ableism, and I am dismayed that a provider that claims "he is skilled at addressing mental health" (as noted in his bio on the Link website) would perpetuate this type of stigma. I'm curious if he asks every mother that attends her children's appointment alone if their father is in the picture, or if he himself has attended every single doctor's appointment, school and sporting event in his children's lifetime. I absolutely loved Dr. Poling (she is the only reason I'm not rating as one star) but I am not comfortable having myself and my family treated in a clinic at which this provider practices. Dr. Garofalo's behavior and clear biases against working mothers and those living with mental illness is antithetical to Link's statement that "We practice medicine with a philosophy that centers the patient's values and experience, and pursues racial and social health justice." I truly hope Dr. Garofalo will reconsider how he interacts with patients and do some true introspective work regarding his biases.

They are an exceptional primary care team--bringing different perspectives, deep medical knowledge, and thoughtful research to every appointment. We found Dr Pearson/Rainier Pediatrics through our insurance company (top tier provider near our home). We should have done more digging before making an appointment from the hospital for our newborn. The office smelled of mold, was very dirty and dated. Dated is one thing, dirty in a pediatric office was concerning for us. One positive the doctor was nice and seemed caring. This wasn't for us.

It seems important to share our own experiences with Pacific Medical Center in Puyallup because everyone in this office has been truly caring, kind and compassionate to my Grandmother. From the very first visit with my Grandmother's Primary Care Physician, Dr. Kim, we immediately realized this was personalized health care. Dr. Kim always spent the extra time listening to my Grandmother's concerns and determining what could be done to assist my Grandmother. When appropriate, Dr. Kim ordered additional tests and consistently followed up with the results. Besides providing excellent medical care, we appreciated Dr. Kim's personable demeanor. He always remembered to use each of our names when we visited the office and he patiently went through our usual list of questions that we brought to each of our visits. This level of patient care did not end with Dr. Kim. Dr. Kim's nurse was equally helpful and caring towards my Grandmother. She often spent extra time caring for my Grandmother during our visits, calling to answer questions for my Grandmother, following up with the doctor and scheduling appointments so my Grandmother could be seen for more urgent concerns sooner. Lastly, the front desk staff in this office remained patient when we came across challenges with my Grandmother's insurance plan. Additionally, they worked hard to patiently handle insurance billing questions, schedule follow up appointments and answer questions for my Grandmother. They were always professional and respectful which meant a lot to us. We really could not have asked for anything more from Pacific Medical Center in Puyallup. She let me know that she sees a lot of people and doesn't have the time to find out what my symptoms are from. She did not perform an exam or ask me hardly any questions. She couldn't have cared less and was extremely condescending. It's heartbreaking to be in so much pain and pay for that type of experience. I was in the room for under 5 minutes proscribed something that she changed several times and sent on my way to figure it out.
