I saw Dr. Erin Dautremont to continue a medication I've been on safely for over a decade. No misuse history, no red flags, just a need for continuity until I could see a psychiatrist. She refused to refill it, refused to offer a taper, refused to provide a referral, and wouldn't even write a short bridge prescription to keep me safe while I searched for care. Instead, she handed me a flyer with a link to Psychology Today and wished me luck. That's not medical care. That's abandonment. Cold-stopping a benzo isn't just inconsiderate, it's dangerous. For some patients, it can lead to seizures, hospitalization, or worse. And for those of us on Medicaid, finding a new provider can take weeks to months. You don't get to just shrug and walk away from your patient when they're in a high-risk situation you helped create. I went home and had to call the crisis hotline because I was convinced she'd written my epitaph in advance. Mental health care requires empathy, accountability, and actual follow-through. I got none of the above. If you value your safety, look elsewhere.

I am recovering from cystic acne which caused scarring and textured skin. What the HALO treatment did was remove a layer and heal skin from the inside out. It took 7 days for my skin to fully recover, but well worth it. We did go a bit aggressive than usual to treat the deeper layers of the scars. My skin is MUCH more smooth now, pore size less, and scarring is more than half gone. I do plan to come back and do another one. I use ZO Skin products and ELTA MD, which I highly recommend.
