Filled out paperwork then get told it's 'office policy' that I pay up front for the visit and they won't bill my medical insurance due to it being accident related - they require 'proof' of my accident claim no longer paying for medical. I asked they see me for something else unrelated and they asked me to sit and wait. About 10 minutes later they call me up and tell me they can no longer see me because it was now a half hour after my appt time and I was late. Wasted my time and didn't even get to be seen...this office is horrible and doesn't care about a person's well-being as they could see I was visibly in pain yet still gave me the runaround. I guess you have to be healthy and have no prior problems to be seen by this office since they're too lazy to deal with billing an insurance company.

He always makes you feel your health is his top concern. I've heard like positive friends that also see him. After more urgent events, he made it a point to call us at home to see how we are doing. Tiffany, the nurse or medical assistant (sorry unsure again) was extremely down to earth and made it so easy to feel comfortable. Dr. Moehlman was the most real and warm doctor I've ever been to. Tara Snell got my blood on the first try. That has never happened. Within 45 mins I had my physical, lab work done, follow up appointment booked, a referral and a prescription refill. Lab work was available in MyChart within literal hours. Shoot, even the other patients in the office were friendly! The atmosphere in this place is insane, I've never had such a great experience from start to finish and felt comfortable with the whole process at any medical office, ever. Could not recommend this place more and have already spread the word. Thank you Optum!

This place is much nicer and more fancy. Honestly the front desk staff are excellent in person and over the phone. The doctors nurses and practitioners are great too. I have zero complaints. Each of us are treated with high standard of care. They are on your team and help you make decision in regard to your health. I am glad my husband and I plus my youngest son can use the clinic with confidence in our care. We have staff here who go beyond to help us. Our son has special needs and it brings me joy to find a doctor for him that cares. And today I was in tears of joy knowing that he will be cared for. All of us highly recommend this place. There is someone here who will help you or direct you with a smile or a warm kind voice on the phone. They deserve a nice looking office. Rooms are kind of comfy too for a doctor visit. When my normal doctor did not come in a nurse practioner I believe her name was Morgan, she shut down all my medications saying she does not "believe" in them. While I respect her personal opinions, I never asked or made an appointment with her. I have medications I have been taking for over 20 years for adhd. Now when I expect my refill I see she has declined them. I have been coming here for years and now have to find a new doctor. Something that took a few minutes out her day has ruined my whole week and I've had to take time off work. What happened was unacceptable. Be careful about getting a nurse instead of a doctor because they sometimes will try and shame you for taking medicine and they prefer the natural approach. I chose Dr. Bright because I liked her name, which is a stupid reason to pick a doctor but researching doctors is hard so there we are. First, she's young- this was the first time I've had a doctor about my age- and it was AWESOME. From my cyst removal to my labs to my physical Dr. Bright was incredibly professional, kind, and just knew her stuff. She's also a great listener. When I say she's a great listener I don't mean "for a doctor" (a miracle in itself) but as a person. If you're looking for a great person to be your doctor who knows her stuff, is kind, and listens to what you need look no further. As for her staff they were all kind, professional, and respectful. I've been in three times so far and encountered 5 different folks that helped with scheduling, medical assistant, etc and they were all great. I especially liked Latanza.

He successfully diagnosed a rare disease in my youngest daughter before there were even enough symptoms for the insurance company to consent to treatment. He admitted her to Mary Bridge and sure enough, 4 more symptoms showed up by morning. She was treated immediately and made a full recovery. I wouldn't trust my children with anyone else! We love him!
