It was so bad that I finally decided to switch provider, despite deeply trusting Dr. Smith-MacDonald's care. When I requested my records to be transferred, which patients are legally entitled to receive under HIPPA law, there was no response from Melissa. After 11 days of waiting, I had to threaten filing a complaint with the Washington State Board of Dentistry just to get them released. It's so disappointing that such a high level of clinical care is undermined by such poor administrative support.

My sensitivity to hot and cold has significantly improved. I still have a little tenderness when biting as the procedure was completed yesterday.
