These guys are top-notch, their automated x-ray machine is cool, their fish tank is groovy, and their office building's atrium is rad. Five stars -- would recommend.

I had a tooth extraction at Dr Banda and here's what I experienced…read more 1. One of my teeth went bad and was extracted - but, a fraction of the extracted tooth was left behind in my gum! Not a tiny piece - the second provider I went to see later found it on x-ray. 2. I chose full anesthesia but did not recall being told to avoid eating in the morning. I showed up with a full belly and was told there could be a risk of vomiting in the process. The procedure went forward. 3. After the procedure, the bone graft kept falling out. My primary dentist suggested me to see Dr Banda again. He told me the graft failed and recommended redoing the grafting procedure right away. 4. At that point I decided to see another dentist for second opinion, who then found out the fraction left behind. She suggested letting my gum heal before another procedure with a chance to grow back enough bone, which it did and saved me a procedure.

Several things come into play with this 1 star 1.)The…read moredentist kept telling a lady that was sedated and crying that it didn't hurt and eventually smacked her forehead at least 3 times and told her to stop crying 2.) the dental assistant (male) unplugged a sedated unconscious woman from her vitals machine to take a blood pressure of my daughter and had to be reminded to clean the cuff before using it on my child. 3.) dental assistant (male) decided to lecture my severely autistic minimal verbal child that she had to get the X-rays with the bite wings done (we were told they could manually do it and didn't need the wings) 4.) they gave my daughter two sedation pills and then discharged us when she couldn't even sit up because she wouldn't sleep. 5.) the dental assistant (male) assisted with getting my daughter standing and then left me in the hallway with her while he went to find a wheelchair. He then wheeled her outside and I went to grab the car, he started talking to the person that was with the woman in the beginning of the review and wasn't paying attention to my daughter who was trying to get up and falling out of the wheelchair. I yelled and ran to help her back in the wheelchair. This office was very unprofessional. We cancelled our future appointments for my son and my daughters other appointment

The entire team has been wonderful, from the front desk staff and dental hygienist to Dr. Go. Dr. Go took the time to show me all of the photos that were taken and carefully explained her findings. She discussed my treatment options and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns about the previous filling, which had not been done properly. I really appreciated how thorough the team was. They explained every step of the procedure, reviewed what they found, and even discussed potential causes of the issues. It made me feel informed and confident in the care I was receiving. I just had my filling redone yesterday, but I can already tell a huge difference. My sensitivity to hot and cold has significantly improved. I still have a little tenderness when biting as the procedure was completed yesterday. However, the filling feels smooth and comfortable without the rough edges my previous filling had. She also made sure it fit properly with my night guard, which was something my previous dentist did not do. I also really appreciated the follow up care. Dr. Go personally returned my phone call to check on me. Overall, I am extremely happy with the care I received.

The office itself is very large and spacious, but it's the incredible staff that truly makes the difference. From the moment my two young girls (ages 4 and almost 6) and I arrived, we were welcomed with warm greetings from Britt Ann, the Front Desk Manager. The team instantly made my girls comfortable, which is key for any parent, especially at a dental office. If my girls are comfortable, than I am comfortable! Dr. Go was our dentist. Once we were in the exam room, Dr. Go and a couple assistants came in to help and chat/help with the girls. ALl of them were fantastic at explaining everything clearly to me, but also explaining what they would do to my girls and built a good foundation of trust from the get go. My kids weren't scared or nervous at all. They probably didn't even realize they were at the dentist! The following day, I came back to get my dental cleaning (it's that time of year for all of us to get our teeth checked). And again, the level of care was nothing short of exceptional. Many staff members went out of their way to stop in and say hello, even if I wasn't their specific patient. Dr. Go was my dentist as well. And to no surprise, she was very patient with me, and explained every step of the process to me very clearly, and outlined what areas I should focus on brushing on better at home. I felt completely at ease throughout my entire visit. If I had to say there was one thing the office could work on, I would suggest having better signage out on the main room as it was hard to find the entry off of the street my first time getting there (the office is in the back of an office complex). But once inside, the 'going to the dentist' experience far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Spektor Dental, and Dr. Go!

Sixth months of pain thanks to this office's negligence…read more Going to this dentist resulting in me probably needing a root canal. I came in to get some simple fillings done, and I'm now saddled with hundreds of dollars of bills, to pay for procedures that screwed up my teeth. The doctors left (with full knowledge) overhangs on both of my fillings. This means that whenever I flossed, the floss would catch on the fillings and pull on them. The dentist informed me that this was normal and I would just need to pull through my floss for the rest of my life. After a month of pain, I went back to ask why the fillings still hurt. They took x-rays, shaved one of them down a little bit, and told me the other was fine and I should go home. I developed hot and cold sensitivity. I finally visited another dentist with 30+ years experience. I've now learned that purposely leaving overhangs on fillings is absolutely not normal, and that what they've done is careless at best. I saw the x-rays myself this time, and you can clearly see the sharp, jagged overhang's that were left after the fillings were put in. I've also learned that One of the filling simply broke because of the way that they left the overhangs. Until I've had over $700 in dentistry bills, and six months of dismissed pain. I know I will likely need a root canal in one of the teeth, and I needed to get both fillings replaced. This place looks great on the outside. The customer service is excellent. However, I would caution anyone against blindly trusting that this office knows what they're doing.

I went to see Dr.Raval many times but he was definitely trying to be vague about it and avoided admitting that it was their mistake. My general dentist saw my X-ray and referred me to a different periodontist to have it fixed. This process is taking a very long time. It is still a traumatic experience for me. I would like to get my money and time back. Also when I called the emergency number when something came off from my implant, he asked me to take a picture of it and send to me. I did. After a couple of text message exchanges, he just stopped replying to me. I was so disappointed and he didn't even call me during office hours. I had to complain to the office admin staff.

Justine brought me back and made me feel comfortable and in the loop on what was going to happen today at the appointment. She was friendly and I enjoyed meeting her! (Thanks Justine for making me feel comfortable!) Then I met with the doctor and he did his evaluation. I was pleased with how thorough the evaluation was. After that was completed, the doctor and I worked together to decide the best treatment option for me. I felt comforted that he spent extra time answering all of my questions and concerns. I don't love going to the dentist, but it was a welcoming environment and I could tell they really take pride in caring for their patients. What happened today was absolutely horrendous. Dr. Dhaliwal seemed very nice and knowledgeable, but…read morethe ethics of their staff are questionable. Apart from repeated attempts to get my prior authorization started, causing delays in getting my braces in, I was given absolutely false information today. I called today and was told that my prior authorization "had gone directly to the board when submitted", I said that I thought it was strange considering I had received immediate approval from a different doctor, and was told "that happens". I then asked plainly, "So you have submitted it?", and was told yes without hesitation. I then called my insurance, who couldn't see anything submitted, then while we were talking the insurance representative said, "Wait, it looks like it was just freshly submitted, like within the last minute".  Whether that was negligence or willful misconduct I decided to call and give them one more chance. After telling their office manager the story I was met with the response, "Well she would never do that", followed by defensiveness and excuses. The fact that the first words were not an apology or even a neutral response makes me question this entire practice. This should have never happened in any sort of medical office when dealing with anyone, but to have two negative experiences makes me think this is a cultural problem.

After a year of not being able to find a dentist to do the work and reached back out and said I felt bad having them wait so long and wanted to just get my final retainer but they said it would be an additional $300 fee now on top of the all inclusive price I already paid that I was told covered the final retainer. They are totally scamming people out of money! It really sucks :((
