Asked how much it would cost for the initial visit, they said it would be $200 since they are in the network of my insurance. Paid it on the spot. The doctor told me it would be around $750 after your insurance coverage. Had my second visit, done the treatment and paid what they asked me. Then what? Surprise! A $353.8 bill. Called them talked to someone responsible for their billing Maria for about half an hour. She repeated herself about 10 times that this is from my first 20min visit which i paid off the $200. I kept asking her how a 20min first consult costs $200 + $353.8 she says its always been like this and no one complained. I just dont want to go into details. Oh yeah she threatened me that if i dont pay it, they would take it to collections so i will have more damage! Can you believe she did say that and i can prove it if she says she didnt. I was so frustrated by telling her how this is wrong. She said she would call me in a week. Guess what? Yes she never called. I emailed them and no response. I assume she was planning to send my bill to collections. I called them back after 2 months and she says she was busy lmao. I will report them to BBB. I hope people in their right mind would stay away from them so that someday they would start realizing scamming people under a name of on org isnt legal. Probably will be too late by then.

Dr. Reid saved my tooth! I reached out to an implant specialist (Dr. Rosemary Thomas) to get a…read moresecond opinion after a friend's recommendation. The previous specialist I saw tried to intimidate me into getting an implant and claimed with confidence that my tooth was fractured, without providing proper evidence. Dr. Thomas concluded that the tooth was likely not fractured and that I just needed minor surgery to have the old root canal redone. She knew it would be quite tricky (I already had oral surgery on it 20 years prior, so it was a very old root canal that was always problematic), but she referred me to the best root canal surgeon she knew. She said that if anyone could do it, it would be Dr. James Reid. She was absolutely right. It's now just over a year later, and I haven't had any issues. I'm so happy that I didn't have to endure the inconvenience and cost of an implant that wasn't needed. Dr. James Reid is simply amazing. He agreed with Dr. Thomas's diagnosis and just did everything absolutely right. The surgery could not have gone any better and his work is outstanding. I'm so glad that I was lucky to interact with two honest highly professional and skilled specialist that saved my tooth.

Dr. Gabel said "the best root canal is one you don't feel" and he made absolutely sure I was in no pain at all.
