Dude! I put off going here for lame reasons like "not being in the wing mood." I was Wrong. The fries came out first with the freshest pico, red AND green salsa on it, and really good pulled pork. I don't want to undersell the Wings but the fries set the stage for me. Service was epic: fast, helpful and funny. Definitely recommend! Picky kid approved too! Another amazing post about Everette's! Tried the burger this time and a large side of the branding potatoes bc they are phenomenal!! The burgers are just as good as the wings! Now I'm going to have to order both from here on out! Wow! Service was excellent AS always! read more

This weekend I ate one of my very favorite ever sandwiches here. Top 50 at least. That justifies most of the four stars I'm awarding. Also commendable is the service, fast and friendly. Two big bones to pick though- one, the sign is terrible. I drove past three times trying to find it. Frustrating for me and I would say probably inadvisable for them. Two, their ventilation sucks and might actually be a health hazard, especially for their staff. It's so so so smoky in there. If not for these things, it'd be an easy 5 stars here. read more

Came in for a late lunch on Saturday. We're new to Omaha and found Everett's on Yelp! The place is a little difficult to find, but I'm so glad we looked until we found it! It is BEHIND the Mexican restaurant on the strip to the right of the bar. Our server was SO friendly, and we were seated right away and waited about 2 minutes before our drink order was taken. The restaurant has a really nice selection of TVs that I'm sure they put the games on for, and you can see them from any table! We started out with an order of these infamous brussels, and I can see why everyone ordered these. I'm not sure I will ever be able to look at sprouts the same. These were crispy, fresh, and had a perfect balance of smokiness from the bacon, sweetness from the honey, and acid from the lime crema. I could probably eat an entire basket myself. SO good! I ordered a set of 10 wings with half the weekly special sauce (Thai sweet chili) and half Cactus Ranch. I ordered them fried and grilled. They were HUGE. Big, meaty wings cooked perfectly crisp and juicy. The sauces were delicious and complemented one another with the acidic spicy cactus ranch against the sweeter thai chili. These are probably the best wings I've ever had. Will happily make this my new go-to place in Omaha! Thank you for a great meal! read more

Two words: Brussel Sprouts. They have a sweet/tangy/maybe slight spicy sauce or glaze added. Combined with the right tenderness--they're perfect! I ordered a side ($5), and while it was enough, I could have ate more and would order the full order ($11) next time. I added a pop for an approximate total of $8.50. The wings and a veggie sandwich also looked promising. read more

What isn't to love about Everett's! The service is fast, friendly and correct. The atmosphere is cozy. The restaurant itself while on the smaller side is always clean and welcoming. The food, OMG THE FOOD is so good. I always get the BBQ pulled pork bacon burger with hand cut fries, the rest of my family gets mushrooms swiss burgers. As a group we order wings to share at the table, we go with bubbas and medium hot, fried and tossed. Pro tips for Everett's add garlic aioli to dip your fries in and if you aren't a French fry person the branding potatoes are delicious. On our visit this week (yes we are there enough to mention it was this week) we ordered the nachos for the first time, they were delicious! read more

It's not an easy find, but if you pull into the driveway past the Mexican Kitchen, you will eventually see signage on the door for Everett's. The parking lot can get filled due to the bar being next door but today, there were plenty of spots. It's nothing fancy but the staff are very welcoming. It's a limited menu but if you want a sandwich or burger, this is the place for you. Food came out quickly and I had the daily special called the 'Garbage Burger' with fries. It is very difficult to eat with your hands. A knife and fork was used to consume this product. The server came by numerous times and delivered the check without me asking her for it. Overall, a good burger find but it will get loud when the place starts to fill up with patrons. read more

Finally gave these guys a try. The Carolina Sauced wings were juicy and had plenty of meat on the bone. They weren't bad, not memorable though. She had a pulled pork sandwich that did not have a lot of flavor? My burger was good, fresh brioche bun, egg cooked perfectly and some nice crust on the Patty. Nicely done. But the fries, they were the star of the show tonight. Really nicely done on these. Our server was great, but the place is LOUD. Very loud. Glad we tried it but not high on our list to be back anytime soon. read more

We had a group of eight snow up here on short notice and they did a great job of getting us all seated very quickly. We started with the pork nachos, which was a good size and had a lot of flavor to it. Although it could have used more meat. For the entree I chose the pulled chicken sandwich with their hand cut fries. Those fries are killer!! The sandwich was good as well, and the chicken was very tender and the slow roasted very well. They have a good selection of drinks available. I went with the canned Pinot Noir and I liked the flavor, especially for the price! Good price to try! I'd go back. read more

Classic local wings and burgers joint with a great casual vibe. We tried the mushroom swiss burger which was really good, but not anything to go out of your way for. The real star of the show are the wings. They are deliciously flavored and juicy with the perfect amount of char. There are a good variety of flavors to choose from. Our server was very helpful and checked in on us at the perfect times. read more

My wife rated it 5* and I landed on 3* so my review therefore lands on a 4* to even it out. She's a sucker for Brussel sprouts and would probably eat those from here 7 days a week if she could! I think the meat on my barbeque burger was overcooked, from the patty to the bacon and it lost a lot of its flavor. We loved the darker tones of the interior and thought it was pretty. We waited a long time after we finished our meal for the server to come back to finish out! read more

What a delicious, kind, helpful, and hidden surprise! I have seen so many pics of these wings and Brussels, I had to try them for myself when I was in town! They had me at "hot honey" with the Brussels description, and they were as yummy as my Brussels dreams could possibly make them. Crispy, sweet, hot, and topped with a welcome touch of lime crema that pleases every checked box of the tastebuds. Don't miss out on these. Our waiter, Aaron was a dear and brought 4 different sauces for our super yummo hand cut fries- house made ketchup - plain title does not do it justice - maybe a little horseradish - maybe some fresh garlic, yum. Aoli, ranch and blue cheese also making an appearance. You guys, every dressing and sauce is made in house. Which, for this ranch lover, is a main point. I have opted away from restaurants that don't have "homeade" ranch!!! The lettuce wraps were a fresh option with Asian slaw, pulled chicken and peanut sauce. Our table also ordered a salad, a pulled pork sandwich and 6 house-brined and what seemed like 10 steps to deliciousness --- gave a whole new reason to live for this peanut sauce! Creamy, sweet, warm (not overly spicy), with the char of the grill whatever magic dance they did back there..... mmmmmm. Perfection. Will I come again? Yes. Will I dream about those Brussels and Thai peanut wings? Also yes. Super clean, super sweet and attentive staff.... Add to that, great personalities. read more

To go food was perfect. Not being able to order ahead and having to wait was not. Brussels sprouts are top notch.

It's hard to find a really really good hamburger, but I found this little hideaway w/ a long time friend. We were both impressed with the quality of the beef and the unique fries that still had skin and freshly sliced! The atmosphere was casual and comfortable. The service was prompt and kind! Well done! read more

We stumbled upon Everett's for a last minute date night, and I am SO glad we did. My expectations were not super high, in part because I didn't have time to check out the reviews and website beforehand. It's in a strange spot, and as we entered I realized that there was a half door that was open and connected to a much louder drinking establishment with pool tables and TVs etc. I was a little bit discouraged by the noise of the attached business and concerned that it wouldn't make for a very nice dinner atmosphere. (And truly that was my least favorite part of the visit) BUT I really didn't even care after my first bite of that brussel sprout appetizer - crispy, spicy, sweet, tangy, flavorful, textured. It really was the best fried brussel sprout dish that I have tried -- and we have tried a whole lot of them the last year or two. Next up was the choice for our actual meals, my husband opted for the burger with the pulled pork on it at the recommendation of the waitress. (She pointed out that it was a great way to sample some of their star menu items, the pulled pork, their house made barbecue sauce, and of course the burgers which all come with a toasted brioche bun) Everything about the burger was delicious and we will absolutely be back to try the others. For the side, we went for the cheesy hash browns which they toss on the grill. It was every bit as indulgent as it sounds, creamy and crispy and really just a fun addition to the meal. I opted for the number one salad, which is complete with pulled chicken and dried cherries and candied pecans and blue cheese crumbles. I also requested to use the house made ranch in lieu of the mustard vinaigrette - the whole salad was great, I liked that they made a swap for dried cherries over cranberries or raisins like you would typically expect. And everything about the salad was fresh, I did wish that the shredded chicken would have had more of a smoky flavor or even the option to toss it in a barbecue sauce first. After all of that delicious food, we were definitely getting pretty full but we were so impressed by everything we had up to that point that we didn't want to leave without trying a dessert as well, so we opted for the three Heath bar cookie with ice cream dish. It was a great way to wrap up our visit: three sizable cookies, complete with bits of toffee throughout and a generous helping of vanilla ice cream with caramel drizzle.. exactly as it sounds! Our waitress, Laura, was a great help and very fast and attentive all evening. We will 1000% be back soon! Thanks for a wonderful meal! read more

Need a miracle? Want to build your masterpiece? A bunch of teachers eating lunch and you will hear commentary. One commentThe shrimp too boy was awesome. The brussels sprouts were yummy if you like bacon. One comment. The wings are like "toddler's legs" and saucy rossy is the way to go when picking sauces. And a soda is like half the price. The hash browns are like old school steak house. The veggie sandwich was awesome and the French fries rocked. Go check this place out read more

Great wings and burgers! Service was good, and the restaurant had a fun old school atmosphere.

Wow, the thai peanut wings are my new favorite wing sauce absolutely anywhere. We had seen this place mentioned several times on the Omaha Food Lover's page and there's a group of us that go once a month to try a new, local place. This past Tuesday, Everett's was it. It's tucked away in a strip mall not even facing the main street (it's East facing off Maple) so you have to turn right where Google maps tells you otherwise you may miss it. The interior was tastefully craftmans-style and probably could seat up to 50 people. We were one of two tables for a long time. The owner (can't remember his name) was extremely attentive and hospitable- always checking in on us and bringing us anything we needed. The fried brussels sprouts were recommended as a start and man o man are they good. Arguably some of the best in Omaha. The honey sauce drizzled over the crispy brussels sprouts complemented the salty with a slight sweet and it tasted like perfection. I got the "Everett's Way' sandwich which was pulled pork on a toasted brioche bun with bacon, cheddar cheese, slaw, and Carolina BBQ sauce. It was served with hand cut fries which came highly recommended. With the sandwich, we collectively agreed the brioche bun was the perfect meat:bread ratio. It wasn't too dense and was able to be pressed down to fit it as a bite. My personal preference was the slaw needed to be soaked a little bit longer because the purple cabbage tasted too crunchy and unmarinated. Everything else on the sandwich worked well together. As for the fries...maybe our expectations were a little too high coming in. They were good, don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't call them the best. They reminded me a lot of Five Guys fries (which I believe are also fresh cut), but slightly less salty. Overall, needed a tiny bit more salt to do the trick. Lastly, we finished off our meal with their fudge brownie and ice cream. It was fine...more fudgy than cakey which is a personal preference. A warm, ghiradelli-like brownie with ice cream would've done the trick for me. Overall, great experience, reasonable prices and worth a shot. I look forward to a potentially expanded menu and possibly more dessert options. Keep up the great customer service too! read more

Stopped in for a quick Sunday lunch - it's on my neighborhood and I'd never noticed the sign! Thanks to YELP for the suggestion. The menu is small and simple - the food is AMAZING! I landed the Brunch Special - Biscuits & Gravy, but don't let the name fool you, it was ANYTHING but basic. Two large golden biscuits, cut in half, topped with two home fried chicken breast (juicy, tender, succulent, savory), 2 pieces of thick cut bacon, and a huge egg on top. Then the whole thing was smothered with homemade sausage gravy and seasoned with smoked paprika and I think a little cumin (I could be wrong about the cumin). It was perfection! The hubs had the grilled baked wings and home fries with ranch - a classic and EVERETT didn't disappoint. Well done! We will DEFINITELY be back! CHEERS! read more

Wings are amazing quality. I personally liked the Brussel sprouts but it's not for everyone. The garlic aïoli is delicious with the fries.
