The day before my scheduled pick-up date, I was hospitalized switching up lots of the plans we had for my daughter's birthday. I had emailed that night and asked if they were able to write a personalized note from me on a post-it or foil for my daughter to read when it was pick-up on her birthday as I wouldn't be there. They went beyond to decorate and write an actual birthday card for my daughter, which meant the world to me. As for the acai tray... an absolute hit! It was picked up on Monday morning and stored in the freezer until Wednesday night when I returned home. We left it out about 30 min before eating and it was still fresh.
