First let me start with this company and Eric saved me from being towed and extra expense with a rental car. I called Eric and he wasn't sure he could help he called me back and said he thought he could otherwise we would meet in the morning after he had been to the dealership to get a key fob. He came out just before 10 o'clock when my car was going to be towed. Made me a key got the rental car started and was very reasonable and kind with his bill. You don't get service like that every day he was amazing thoughtful and kind. This is the kind of business that went above and beyond and I highly recommend this business and Eric. Thanks for bailing me out! Tech arrived w/i the timeline I was told to expect. He was polite, respectful, communicative, fielded my questions and provided expectations of service - which also included paths or steps to solution should first step not work, etc. The solution didn't arrive as soon as hoped (step #1: picking the lock), ending in executing the last step (drilling the lock) - but it did resolve my problem, which needed to be done. The price is more than I liked, but when you're up the creek w/o a paddle, and need a paddle... convenience costs, like food & beverages at Niehaus Park (Mariners) or CenturyLink Field. read more

Our lock are our key and we called Everblue lock and key to come save the day. They showed up quickly and Peter did an awesome job fixing the lock, as well as filing down the door so that the deadbolt doesn't catch anymore! The door is working perfectly :)!
