I came here three times to see really make a final judgement, and this place is just super inconsistent. My first impression was amazing as the nail technician was very kind and polite. The final result was also great. The next two times that I came was a disaster though. I made an appointment twice and both times I had to wait more than 15 min after my set time. The job was also not as good; I had bubbles and the polish was super crooked. I went in yesterday to get a simple gel manicure. I chose the color black to celebrate the month of October (Halloween). This was my third time coming to this location. The other two experiences were9 subpar. I just came here because of the convenience of its location. I felt like lady doing my nails was in a rush the entire time. I asked if she could do an almond shape on my natural nail, because I knew they were a little on the shorter side, she said yes but ended up just rounding off my nails a little more than they already were. That part didn't upset me too much I just wish she would've said that she couldn't achieve that shape instead of trying to act like what she did is what I asked for. She painted my nails and when she was finished I noticed the polish looked lumpy and uneven. I went home and pressed down on the lumpy parts of the polish and realized they were bubbles of polish that didn't cure properly so the polish just rubbed right off. 6/10 nails were like this. I would give this business a 5 star and then a 2 star. For the past week and a half I've had an infection in my toe nail. The employee that performed my pedicure insisted to take out an ingrown nail. The nail didn't even bother me and it was very painful when she was taking it out. It actually felt better right after but that night it throbbed and since then has been infected. I blame myself partly for not telling her to stop. On the other hand, I had my nails dipped by Amber and they have been on for two and a half weeks with no problem. The first time I had my nails dipped at another salon they fell off within a few days. I will definitely go back to Amber and they also do marbling which I might try next. read more

I got the gel acrylics yesterday and they turned out pretty bad. Charged me $35 for crooked acrylic nails and wanted to charge me an extra $5 to clean cuticles!!!! Go anywhere else and they'll do better. I was very disappointed and will not be returning. I only came because the place I usually go to was closed and I needed my nails done. I should have waited. They also only want you to pay in cash because "credit card charges are too high right now", they have an ATM machine inside so they can charge you extra for pulling cash out. read more

Not only did they do a horrible job with my nails but they where bringing down the tarps while still working on my nails, the hit me on the head twice with the tarps. My nails where uneven. This was my first time there and I got a full set, with the dip polish, and a pedicure. I went with my mother who also got a full set. The place was clean and the people were friendly which is great but my nails on the other hand were not as great. I asked for almond shape with a nude color and had to show them a picture of what almond shape nails looked like...that should have been my fist red flag.... she did an okay job but two of my nails are crooked and the shape is inconsistent. It was my first time trying the dip polish and I was less than impressed. My mothers nails and mine are both bumpy and they didn't have a huge selection of colors when it came to the dip polishes that they were urging us to try. I haven't got my nails done in a while so I'm not sure if $104 was too much to pay for two sets and a pedicure but it was definitely too much to pay for what we got. PLEASE READ: First of all, I've never seen more of a rude nail tech. My mom and I went in and she got a manicure. The nail lady, her name was LINDA, kept cutting my moms skin and grabbing her arm pretty harsh after she complained ONCE about getting a cut that hurt. I witnessed that all and almost told her off. Continuously after that, the kept being harsh and when my mom complained another time that it hurt, she gave my mom the dirtiest look. No one should have to be treated like that. Walked in without an appointment and was able to get right in. Got my gel fill and had a pretty decent convo. She listened to my requests and didn't have an attitude with any requests I made. I was surprised at how cheap it was for my fill but hey who complains about something being too cheap? Lol she even gave me tips on how to treat my gel sets in the future. Overall good experience. Worst nail experience I have ever had. My mom sister and I went to have nice relaxing experience. We paid for the $45 upgraded pedi/mani. The girl was rude, rough and clearly inexperienced. I left with a bloody finger and toe infection. Also she put my hand into the liquid wax instead of massaging the bag on my arms like everyone else to let it cool to a soft wax. Another issue with this place is if you are going to charge more then you should get your 5 minute massage for each arms and legs that is stated in the brochure not the 3 minute on feet/legs and 30 seconds I got on arms/hands then try to sell me on more time after ripping me off. Worse place I've ever attempted to get my nails done. When I walk in a specifically asked for a FULL set manicure & a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was fine but the one who did attempted to do my nails was another story. When I seen that she was just trying to dip my finger in nail powder without a full set. I've been here a few times and the place is clean and pretty, the ladies are nice but, I never feel fully satisfied with my nails. The acrylic I get is either done a bit to thick than what I'm use to, and underneath my nails weren't cleaned and I have some acrylic powder still under them that I can't take off without the filing machine. For a coffin shape acrylic is was about $29 not including tip. I've gotten my nails done at cheaper places and they've come out much nice than this. read more

This is my second time coming and I'm very disappointed with how my pedicure and manicure came out. I picked out the colors I wanted and neither color looked like the ones I picked. There were so many air bubbles on my nails and the lady really hurt one of my toes. After the third color she tried I just said ok to get it over with. They were very nice but didn't do my nails how I wanted. I don't mean to sound snotty it's just when I come on my only day off while my kids are at school I look forward to getting pampered every once and a while. This place is close by my house and I won't be coming back. I paid extra for the callus removal and my feet still feel rough. Very disappointed. read more
