I was watching the lady across from me and she took her time with the callus remover even after she lotioned the feet she went back to check her feet doing it again. My callus remover felt rushed and my heel still feels rough. I would not come here again for a basic pedicure when the service needs work on doing things properly. Instead of acknowledging that she had over-filed my nails, she accused me of being "sensitive." As someone who has had my nails done for years, I know the difference between normal filing and having your nail bed drilled too thin. A week later, another nail chipped in the exact area where she had over-filed it during the appointment.
