My go to place for eyebrow threading for many years! Very affordable. They are efficient and painless and I have always been satisfied. Their waxing services (I have gotten arm, underarm, face) are also great - clean, efficient, with very little pain and thorough spot checking! Dilu was great - very attentive and nice and threaded some leftover hairs after waxing :) will continue to return even though it's a 30 min drive for me! read more

Eva Nails And Day Spa - brow - Nail Salons Near Me - Houston, Texas

Super cute place. Very professional. Very experienced with threading eyebrows. I was very pleased overall. I mistakenly waited a long time before I threaded my brows again so I was expecting a very painful threading, but they made it very smooth and easy. They're very lovely and customer service driven every time. The prices are extremely competitive. It's a no-brainer. read more

They don't know how to do French tip, and still charged me full service even though I didn't get any color or anything.

I had a hair oil massage and facial massage. Both were thorough and relaxing. She worked hard, leaving me very relaxed. The place itself isn't much too look at; the ambience is that of barber shop. read more

I used to come here all the time to get my eyebrows done, but unfortunately, I will not be coming back. I started feeling uncomfortable with how pushy they are with trying to push other services onto me. This has happened during the last few appointments that I've come to them. read more

So sad that my favorite esthetician Mina has left! She was what really pushed this place over to a five star place, but I'll leave it like this until (hopefully not!) I have a bad experience. I honestly don't think you'll find a cheaper place to get a wax/threading in the Houston area. Possibly not anywhere actually. $20 for full legs (wax), $5 for eyebrow wax, $2 for upper lip wax. They have a secondary location nearby as well in case one is especially busy or your favorite esthetician likes to go between one and the other. Parking is usually available right in front. The business is located in a strip mall in Harwin w/ some grocery shops, other shops selling trinkets, and a terrible Indian restaurant called Neeta's. Once you enter there's a small waiting area w/ couches. To the right is the desk where you pay afterwards. Straight ahead behind the makeshift partial wall is where facial treatments (eyebrow threading, wax, etc.) are done. There's a regular wax, and a chocolate wax option. They recommend chocolate wax for the face and other sensitive areas since it's apparently easier on the skin. If you want to do leg wax or further body wax, they take you further in the back into small private rooms. If you want they'll give you a skirt to change into (although they call it a gown.) Normally I just wear a dress to make it easier on everyone. Inside the private rooms (which are rather small) there is a small table where they set the wax (which they keep warm in a coffee pot haha) and directly ahead is the bed where you lay to get a wax. The bed has a roll of paper at the top which they pull down to replace with each new person so it's clean. Mina was very particular and would check that you were happy with the look and had great attention to detail. Unfortunately that wasn't quite true of the other estheticians I encountered so I stuck with Mina mostly. But as long as you're willing to double check the work and say 'hey can you get this spot it's been missed' there won't be many issues. Just a note the ladies here are mostly Nepalese not Indian. read more

The ladies here are super nice. They get you in and out. Their prices are awesome enough for me to drive 35 minutes away to come here. They dont do fake nails but they are also pretty good with mani and pedicures. They also offer lots of facial options. read more

Great service and work. I really enjoy the layout of their pedicure chairs. They face the wall giving a feeling of more privacy.

I have been visiting EVA for 10 years, and I will continue to be a forever customer. First, their prices are UNBEATABLE. I go ~1x per month for eyebrow threading ($5), lip threading ($2), underarm waxing ($5), and full leg waxing ($20). Even with a 30% tip, I still leave for under $50 per month. My eyebrows look amazing every time, and all the staff are skilled... there isn't anyone I would not want to do my services. The staff are also very friendly and ask about my job & family. I brought my sister with me once, years ago, and they still ask me about her! I don't get bikini waking done here, because they do not have the right kind of wax that is gentle enough for that area. For basic hair-removal, though. EVA is the absolute BEST. read more

My go to eyebrow threading place in houston Walk in and super fast with good hours But just FYI it is now $6.99 for eyebrow threading! read more

The person said they provided a service over the phone then refused when I showed up. They wasted my time and money.

This is my go-to place for eyebrow threading. I'd say they provide great service at prices this low. They are quick and very good at what they do. I have also done facial one time. My focus was to get rid of my blackheads from my nose. It costs me about $30 and the lady did an excellent job! Off course, unlike the regular spa/salons, their facial room is not fancy, no music being played, massage was limited to my shoulders and no water/drinks being offered. Although, they don't really greet their customers, they do give a welcoming smile. For eyebrow threading, this is my place. Even for facial, I'd visit here for regular trips and occasionally when I want to get pampered I'd go to one of the regular medium/high end places. Its a 5 star rating for me for the good quality of work at such an affordable price! read more

Was told they accept Groupons on Sunday then when I waited until Sunday to recieve services was told we don't take Groupons when it is busy.

This is my Go-To eyebrow threading spot. Great service cheap price. They get me in and out. Highly recommended

I have been going to this place for about 2 years now for threading due to the cheap prices, but you get what you pay for. It's ALWAYS hit or miss. I have to say that I can only remember a handful of times, maybe 30%, that I was truly happy with how my eyebrows turned out. There is one lady who is always sought out for but she is not always there, the rest of the staff are mediocre. After visiting the salon with my mom yesterday, this woman ruined both of our eyebrows. She over-threaded the ends which are difficult to grow back. She also completely removed my left arch which has always been a perfect arch. You would think they would hire people who know the basics of eyebrows, you don't remove someone's arch and ends. Unfortunately, both my mom and my eyebrows are COMPLETELY uneven. I was so upset and I vow to never return. They even raised the price to $5, my mom and I still tipped her 20% despite being so frustrated. Visit this place with caution. read more

Best place for threading in Houston. I have been going there for many years. Friendly, fast, clean and cheap. $6 for eyebrows and upper lip. Does not get any better than this. read more

The pricing is really good compared to other places I have tried out. I've gone to the same lady every time for eyebrows and face wax and she always asks and makes sure that I like what she's doing. I recommend requesting the person that you are comfortable with and you shouldn't be disappointed! read more

i got my nails done and made me bleed 3 time but over all good service and speed i also got my nails done again and a week later they were lifting. the place and the workers are nice just very rough and bad quality read more

This place was recommended to me by my former co-worker. I usually go to Aisha's next to Raja sweets, but I've been meaning to try this place for a while. The salon is located in the same plaza as Himalayas, and it's next to a sign that says tattoos. I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. I told the lady to keep my eyebrows full (I hate having thin eyebrows) which she did, and was very attentive. The total ended up being $6 plus $3 tip. I will definitely come again. read more

I went in for a skin polish (aka facial hair bleaching), and because there was only 1 staff member present, who was also working on someone else at the time -- my service was neither completed properly nor showed any effect. I sincerely hope they can increase the staff because they are usually really good at threading and skin polish at least, especially Meena (who since left). read more

Horrible service today. Waited as a walk in 20 mins without a greeting at all! Another customer walked in after me, and she wasn't greeted either. As I left, the guy who was ahead of me waiting said it was going to be an hour. Would have been nice to have at least gotten an update! Usually the service here is great and the prices definitely are. But they won't be getting me back. How hard is it to at least say hello and acknowledge customers? read more

I only go to Nanu and she does the best eyebrows. I already have thin eyebrows and like that she knows how to shape them where they look fuller. I can't speak for the others, but can totally vouch for Nanu. Ask for her if you come--you won't be disappointed. read more

$6 bucks for both eyebrow and upper lip threading! So cheap and very quick too! The technician who did my eyebrow was so gentle. My eyebrow and upper lip were not puffy and red afterwards, like they typically are after threading. I was in and out of this place under 10 minutes! Overall, I was very happy with the end result. My eyebrows are much cleaner and were kept with their natural shape. I would highly recommend this place if you need a quick touch up on your brows. read more

My go to for Eyebrow Threading! They are quick and efficient. Always impressed with the finished look and it's only $4!

This place deserves 0 stars honestly. Terrible customer service, really disgusting inside and they messed up my eyebrows so badly. While I was getting my eyebrows done, I overheard another customer complaining about how uneven her brows turned out and then the exact same thing happened to me. They kept denying it and saying that it's fine. $5 for eyebrows isn't worth messing them up completely, I promise! read more

I go to this place everytime for my eyebrows! The service is quick, and the results are great. Be sure to bring cash before you go.

This place deserves no star! I came here with my husband to get my nails done, they told me they don't do nails. Then, we decided to get both of us a massage, they refused to serve him because they claimed they don't serve men! What kind of shit is that? So, I finally got my massage by Nanu, it was the worst massage I've ever received and she put oil all over my hair...... I was charged $30 when their card said 30 minute massage is $24.99. I confronted them about it, I was told they increased the price but the new cards didn't come yet. I would of been fine with it if they had told me upfront, but I will be calling the Better Business Bureau! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! This will be my first and last visit. I don't recommend anyone coming here! read more

The first time I came here it was because my mom said to try it. She told me to ask for Supriya, who to my luck, wasn't there. So I sat in the second chair on the left. God knows how she's working there, she messed up my eyebrows soooo badly! Then per standard salon behavior acted like it was my fault and I had walked in with bad eyebrows already. Eventually I got Supriya and she's the only one i'll go to. A few weeks ago, my sister came to visit and really wanted to get her brows done, same bad luck, got stuck in that dreadful chair and man were her eyebrows ruined. Final straw in what pushed me to write this review was I went in yesterday and a girl was getting her upper lip threaded. I heard her yell at the girl saying she wasn't pulling the hair from the root but instead breaking the hair. The girl was pissed but of course your lady just played dumb and couldn't hold a conversation and blamed the girls upper lip for it. WHAT?? You have ONE JOB and that is eyebrows, if you can't do it right, please god don't do it!! She needs to go read more

My first facial . That hot steam opened my pores and nasal cavity! Despite mild communication issues at first. Until I was able to look at the end result it felt like I came and got my face professionally washed . She cleaned up my face and now it's as soft as a baby's bottom. Overall did a great job! Thanks read more

This review is for eyebrow threading...I haven't had any other service here. However, I've been there multiple times, and it is absolutely the best quality for the price that I've found. They've done a great job and only charge $4 (bring cash, credit card minimum is $10). The ladies are always nice, and the service is fast. I had to wait once, but it was for less than 10 minutes. No problem. It's in a somewhat shady area, but it's so close to the highway that it's never felt unsafe to me. It's out of my way to go, but I will continue to travel here for quality on a budget. read more

Got my brows threaded for the first time here. I was greeted when I first entered and the lady told me the wait was only 5 minutes. Their English isn't good here but loved how my eyebrows came out, looked super clean and natural. Would come back again! read more

Eva Nails And Day Spa - Before on top and after on bottom (ask for Dilu) - Nail Salons Near Me - Houston, Texas

I had to remove the nail color after coming home, it was badly put. The name is misleading. It should be more for threading not for nails.

Good price and quick service.I go for eyebrow and face treading. It all depends on your expectation from a salon , I'm practical so all I care is a clean quick work and good price and this place has them all. read more

Worst paint job ever! So sloppy! Do not go here to get your nails done. Their speciality is eyebrows and that's what most people only go there for. Such a trashy job for $20. They also do not use the disposable plastic bags placed over the pedicure tubs like everyone does now which is very unsanitary. read more

Today is my 5th time to have my eyebrows done and finally remember to write feedback. Good customer service. I've also had facial, mani and pedi done by Amina and was satisfied. Location is a little bit shady but there is always a security person outside plus it's next to the freeway. Threading is cheap ($4) for good quality. Ask for Amina or the owner . They are good. A lady named Brenda is OK; a little more training and she'll be as good as Amina or the owner. Overall, I am satisfied with their service. read more

It depends on who is going to give your service. I mainly go for facial, and if my luck is bad and I get somebody who is learning or someone who is uninterested, then it's a bad experience. Few of them are really good at it, but they need to give more massage for the amount I pay for facial. They need to make everyone happy and satisfied with the service, which of course doesn't happen all the time you go there. read more

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I went in for an eyebrow/upper lip threading for $6. They're work was good. Only complaint was that it was very hard to understand their english and several times I had to ask them to repeat; which didn't help me to understand them better...so I just nod and hope for the best. read more
