First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

His response is also not saying that the guy showed up looking for the lug wrench that came with the car. He's also not pointing out that although he had some equipment. None of it fit the tire. When asked why he didn't have the electronic wrench. He stated that AAA does not pay them to carry it. But it's cool. The next driver had it.

(Hubby has a hard time when it comes to parallel parking. Being from the Bay Area, that's a way of life for us!) It is a walking-centered shopping center, but some drivers are not letting peds walk in the designated crosswalks. Shame. (In Cali, if you don't give right of way to the peds, you get a ticket!) The shade is nice. So it wasn't so bad. We definitely got a lot of steps in. We also walked to the water feature, that we remember our son being obssessed with, when he was a wee one.

The information booth is well positioned and generally helpful, although I was surprised they couldn't direct me to something as simple as a fresh green drink. I later found what I was looking for at True Food Kitchen, which seems like a fairly obvious recommendation in a center like this. My one real issue is the sheer size of the property. It's expansive... more of a campus than a traditional shopping center. What starts off as a pleasant stroll can quickly turn into a long trek, especially if you're not prepared. Comfortable shoes are not optional here. By the end of it, I found myself more tired than I expected. It's a beautiful place, but the scale can work against you if you're trying to cover a lot of ground in one visit.

They gave us a 2-hour window for when they would be out, and they were here 5 minutes after the start of the window! I appreciate that we weren't stuck waiting around for hours on end. The electrician that came out was friendly and knowledgeable. In less than an hour he had everything taken of and confirmed that everything was in working order. This was a definite hassle-free, fairly priced experience. The next time I need an electricians' services; I know what place I'm calling first! 5 stars.

Experiencing a major electrical failure on Memorial Day was an absolute Nevada homeowner nightmare…read more Our main power box failed unexpectedly, and like most people would expect on a holiday, I couldn't get a single electrician to answer the phone. Understandable, but still incredibly stressful when you're suddenly without power. Ampere Electric was the exception. Not only did they answer the phone, they had someone at my house within an hour. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived it was late in the evening and there wasn't much that could safely be done until NV Energy could disconnect service the next morning. What impressed me was that they didn't make promises they couldn't keep. Instead, they told me exactly what would happen: they would coordinate with NV Energy first thing in the morning, get the power disconnected, and begin work immediately. That's exactly what happened. Patricio and Carlos arrived early and worked hard all day. They replaced the equipment, completed the installation, and had everything finished by around 3 PM. At that point, the only thing left was waiting for NV Energy to return so final restoration could take place. Unfortunately, NV Energy was completely inundated and running far behind schedule. This is where Ampere really separated themselves from every other contractor I've worked with. Patricio and Carlos could have easily packed up, told us we'd have to wait until the next day, and moved on to their next job. Instead, they stayed. They waited outside my house for hours. They repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience even though the delay wasn't their fault in any way. They had done their job and done it well, yet they refused to leave until the entire situation was resolved. NV Energy didn't arrive until nearly 8 PM. Patricio and Carlos were still there. The moment NV Energy completed their portion, they immediately restored everything, verified that power was working properly, and stayed until we were fully situated and every aspect of the job was complete. That level of customer service is rare. They didn't leave us stranded. They didn't pass the problem to someone else. They didn't do the minimum. They saw the job all the way through from start to finish, even when it meant spending their entire day and evening making sure their customers were taken care of. I am incredibly impressed with Ampere Electric, and especially with Patricio and Carlos. If you want a company that does what they say they're going to do, communicates honestly, and treats your problem like it's their problem, this is the team to call. Five stars, without hesitation. I can't thank Patricio and Carlos enough. Seriously.

My installation ended up costing over $4,200. I understand every home is different, but the final price was much higher than I expected. Because my home only has a 100-amp electrical panel, I was steered toward a different charging system than the one I originally wanted. After the installation, I did more research and discovered that the system I was sold was available elsewhere for significantly less. I wish I had taken more time to compare options before moving forward. Ultimately, I take responsibility for making a rushed decision, but I hope my experience encourages others to slow down, get multiple quotes, compare equipment prices, and fully understand all of their options before committing.

PANIC is what I was when I depleted the charge on my vehicle en route to the charging station. I recalled having gotten a business card about a year ago for EV Mobile Charging. I had given the card to another EV driver but had stored the information in my contacts, thank God. I looked up the number and gave them a call. The call was answered immediately, they took the information and advised that I would receive a response via text w/the details of the cost, eta for truck, and an invoice for a deposit (1/2 total cost) to secure the service. Upon their receipt of my texted confirmation of the service and the deposit they dispatched the service vehicle. When the driver (my HERO) arrived, he got me plugged in, started my charging session, got me charged and on my way. EXCELLENT customer service, friendly driver and overall great experience in spite of the unfortunate circumstances . . . best money I spent today . EV Mobile Charging you are AMAZING. Words cannot begin to describe how stand up these gentlemen are! I have utilized their services now on at least five occasions and every time they have been prompt, professional, and absolute pleasure to work with. After about a week of getting quotes that were absolutely ridiculously expensive my BF came across Dan's company and the prices were honestly to good to be true online so I called and yup he confirmed online prices are for product with installation! Made my appointment for the following day. When we got there he greeted us and went over 2 that I was looking at and we once I decided on one he got to work. He was fast professional and explained how everything worked once he was done. Left there a happy customer. Fast forward, (was about a month ago) I felt like the sensitivity needed to be turned up so we called him he said bring it down anytime during business hours and he would do it. I contracted HH because I have seen them throughout the resort doing work on other rigs. I should have spoken to my neighbors and/or read their Yelp reviews before calling, but I scheduled an estimate to replace a worn awning on my 28ft travel trailer. After the estimator arrived, I was quoted a price just under $800 for parts and labor, but i failed to get it in writing. They came out the following week with the new awning and proceeded to remove the old one. Somehow, the torsion spring assembly broke. This was strange to us because we tested the awning motor and the spring and the old one opened and retracted without problems. They also discovered that the LED light strip was loose and they recommended replacement, so I approved that as well. Another week went by and somehow, my estimate went from $800 to $1380! I didn't understand how additional parts totaling less than $325 equated to a $600 increase! I was frustrated but I agreed to the updated price and once again, I failed to get it in writing. Though I was frustrated with HH, I was still trying to trust that they would do right by us. Boy was I wrong! The work was finally completed the following week, and I received an invoice for nearly $2200! This was supposed to be an $800 job taking two hours, but the invoice showed .5 hours for the estimate, which was fine. They then charged 3 hours (two workers) to remove the old awning, but stopped work when the torsion arm broke and the damaged LED strip. This was fine. But when they returned with the proper parts, they charged an additional 3 hours even though most of the work was already done! They were trying to charge me 5.5 hours of labor for a two hour job! They were resetting their work time with every trip to our site. I spoke to the rep on the phone and complained about the amount. He first asked if i was a vet, and that I could get a military discount. He then magnanimously offered a $600 discount, which I rejected. I demanded a return to the originally agreed upon estimate of $1380 and not a penny more. It took a couple of days, but the rep finally met my demand, and when I then asked for my military discount, he declined to award it as I already "saved" $900 on the "labor" they took off the invoice! To make matters worse, the persons who did the work left a mess on the site after they finished! We found nails, ripped pieces of the old fabric and some rubber material littered throughout the site! These guys are crooks. and they screwed with the wrong veteran. Moral: talk to your neighbors before calling an rv repair person, and if nothing else, consult Yelp! 1/3 of HH's reviews on Yelp are 2 or less. That's not coincidence.
