What could have been an incredibly stressful situation, especially on a holiday, was made so much easier because of her. Sandy was wonderful from start to finish. She communicated with us throughout the entire process, was incredibly helpful and kind, and made sure our daughter and her car were taken care of. The price was also extremely reasonable, especially considering it was Labor Day. When you need a tow, you are usually already having a bad day, and having someone like Sandy on the other end makes such a difference. We are so grateful for her kindness, responsiveness, and excellent service. She truly saved the day for us, and I cannot recommend her enough!

BAD COMPANY... DO NOT TRUST!!! If I could leave zero stars,…read moreI would! I was charged $200 by some loser named Jordan who sent out a mechanic who was not familiar with my type of scooter. In fact, when the mechanic showed up, he made it clear that he doesn't know much about hub motors, but that someone would walk him through it. He was not only unable to fix it, but he left it worse than it was. When I ask to have a qualified mechanic for my type of electric scooter to come back out and at least get it to where it was before the first mechanic touched it., Jordan said he would not do that nor would he give me a refund. I might as well have taken $200 ripped it to shreds and flushed it down the toilet. In fact, I would feel better about doing that than knowing this jerk took my money. When I told him he should've sent someone qualified for the job, he told me I was crazy and that's how mechanics learn. So basically, I paid $200 for a mechanic that knew nothing about my type of vehicle... so he could have a little more experience. What a joke! The mechanic told me he removed the entire motor hub and then put it back on. When I told Jordan, that after his mechanic left., my machine is completely dead, and I can't even get a battery reading. He claimed it was not their fault because the mechanic did not remove one single bolt. So how do I know who's lying? As far as I'm concerned, this guy is a complete thief and a liar!!! My feeling is that because I'm a woman he saw an easy target to steal from. After I told him I would be going to the BBB and also using social media he started taunting me by texting me each day, asking how my search was going as if he is finding pleasure in what he has done. Sick! I have plenty of correspondence between me and this thief as well as the mechanic to back up everything I've said. So if there's anyone reading this that has any helpful information or would like more information, reach out please out. BEWARE!!!! LIAR!!! BULLY!!!

They were upfront with their prices. No scams. No hidden fees. I was told that a driver would be at my house within the hour and they will contact my phone to let me know they're on the way. They were at my house in less than an hour. Darnell in truck 002 came and tried to begin the jump but the relay wasn't sending power through the jumper cables so he got on the horn to the office and they said that another truck is on the way. Perris arrived in truck 007 and he was successful in jump starting my car. They are the sweetest guys you'll ever meet and forgive me for being unable to remember the dispatcher's name, but he was very patient and understanding. Definitely a keeper in my Emergency Book. To make a long story short, due to injury accidents that were taking an inordinate amount of time to clear, Las Vegas Towing was going to be delayed 2 hours from the previous quoted time from roadside assistance. That saved me an hour + of sitting on the side of the road in the dark wondering when somebody was coming.
