BAD COMPANY... DO NOT TRUST!!! If I could leave zero stars, I would! I was charged $200 by some loser named Jordan who sent out a mechanic who was not familiar with my type of scooter. In fact, when the mechanic showed up, he made it clear that he doesn't know much about hub motors, but that someone would walk him through it. He was not only unable to fix it, but he left it worse than it was. When I ask to have a qualified mechanic for my type of electric scooter to come back out and at least get it to where it was before the first mechanic touched it., Jordan said he would not do that nor would he give me a refund. I might as well have taken $200 ripped it to shreds and flushed it down the toilet. In fact, I would feel better about doing that than knowing this jerk took my money. When I told him he should've sent someone qualified for the job, he told me I was crazy and that's how mechanics learn. So basically, I paid $200 for a mechanic that knew nothing about my type of vehicle... so he could have a little more experience. What a joke! The mechanic told me he removed the entire motor hub and then put it back on. When I told Jordan, that after his mechanic left., my machine is completely dead, and I can't even get a battery reading. He claimed it was not their fault because the mechanic did not remove one single bolt. So how do I know who's lying? As far as I'm concerned, this guy is a complete thief and a liar!!! My feeling is that because I'm a woman he saw an easy target to steal from. After I told him I would be going to the BBB and also using social media he started taunting me by texting me each day, asking how my search was going as if he is finding pleasure in what he has done. Sick! I have plenty of correspondence between me and this thief as well as the mechanic to back up everything I've said. Just had Riza come and diagnose an overheating 2015 Kia Sedona and remarkably solved the issue faster than I've ever seen. I thought I had maybe a head gasket go bad, thermostat or internal radiator clog...none of the above. I was actually the cooling fan module resistor. It had gotten hot and melted the housing a bit. I found only one in the entire Vegas area, and he was kind enough to go get it from the dealership. He came back and in 5 min had it put in and checked to see if that solved the problem, and presto! HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE Called them one night my car broke down. Guy took two hours to get to me and had his girlfriend in the car the whole time. Highly unprofessional. He misdiagnosed it. Tried saying it was my alternator and two pulleys, it wasn't that. He didn't show up in the morning to finish fixing it like he said when we scheduled a 9am appointment. I then reached out to his boss who came out around 4pm. He came out, worked on the car fixed the main issue. Dude hooked up the wrong boots to plugs. It was running misfiring for a while. One time we started it flames shot out of the throttle body so intense it popped the wingnut off the housing and stripped it. Ever since he worked on it my cab constantly smells like gasoline and I get 100 miles less per gas tank. I have been playing phone tag with the company. Finally got in touch with the owner who sat there and told me I was basically full of shit and was gaslighting me. I spent $600 on this whole event and now my cars even more messed up. Owner refuses to listen to me and get the details, had a major attitude on the phone, was telling me I wasn't speaking to people I was speaking to because they didn't give me their name, dismissed me because there wasn't a check engine light. I couldn't even finish a sentence without him cutting me off and telling me I was wrong multiple times. Just constantly cut me off and shut me down, a paying customer. Literally didn't matter what I said and he had the audacity to say he was too busy to talk to me after talking down to me telling me I was wrong and his mechanic didn't cause any problems. I have cameras on my property that recorded the entire time he worked on my car and I will be suing for negligence. Again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. It's lazy, sloppy, unprofessional mechanic work. Price wise I was charged $600 for a diagnosis and to change the boots, plugs, and distributor. Grossly over priced and my cars not running right. I was needing my car diagnosed for an A/C issue in my car. The owner was quick to say my car needed the service and hung up on me when I hesitated about agreeing to the service before it got looked at. They're a mobile service with no shop and I see why. There's no way of telling if the people they send to repair your car are legit and zero people skills. This initial review is based on my initial contact with Aone - - the response-time, my impression and interaction with the mechanic, and my initial take on the finished job. Will update in 3 months, or earlier as needed. Out of desperation, frustration and a bit of anger, I turned to Yelp to find a mechanic to work on my truck when the mechanic from another mobile mechanic company cancelled out the last hour due to personal emergency. I was initially scheduled to be seen by a mechanic from Yourmechanic.com for starter replacement. I use mobile mechanics for convenience. That convenience comes with a price so their estimates/quotes and prices are generally higher than what you would normally pay if you were to take your car to a shop. Again, I could've done the work myself and saved some $$ but I don't have the necessary tools and I was thinking about the possibility of me causing more potential damage by trying to remove and replace the starter myself, thus costing me much more rather than saving $$$. Fact: Most auto shops are closed on weekends and majority of auto mechanics are very dishonest and would come up with unnecessary additional repairs or made up problems just to drain as much of your well and hard earned money so shopping around for a dependable auto shop is undeniably daunting and finding a good mechanic is a hit or miss. As soon as I received the cancellation from Yourmechanic.com, I sent multiple requests on Yelp and received 4 responses back. One of which was a mechanic from Aone Mobile who called my phone with an out of area number so I didn't pick up and answer the incoming call. I checked and read all the Yelp reviews on Aone and they were not very impressive. With a 3 1/2 overall rating due to mixed 1 and 5 star reviews, I was a little apprehensive and skeptical. Even then, I called the number back and spoke with Jeff W. I agreed with his quoted price which was way lower and cheaper than Yourmechanic.com's estimate/quote. Jeff was at my garage door in less than 20 minutes. Turns out, Jeff W is a Pahrump-based travelling mechanic who spends most of his weekends in the Las Vegas valley. Jeff W, an Army veteran, is friendly, professional and most importantly knowledgeable and very honest. Him telling me he's a veteran was the ultimate selling point. I knew he would be reliable, dedicated, trustworthy and a man of integrity and true to his words. I am a big supporter of my fellow veterans, and/or of locally owned and operated businesses that I would pick, choose and hire them over non-vets and over the national franchises even if their quotes/estimates were slightly higher than their competitors. The first thing he did was to make sure that it was really the starter I was having issues with. He did his diagnostics for a good 15 minutes. Made sure my 2-month old battery was connecting properly by cleaning up the connections. After running the engine for 10 minutes, he was able to start the engine on multiple tries without any trouble. I could've stopped him right there and then paid him for the diagnostic and his time and called it a day but I was determined to replace that damn 20+ year old problematic starter. He went and get the replacement part and came back and told me that the price he quoted me would change because of the cost of the starter. I thought he was going to jack it up which he could've easily done since I already agreed with him doing the work and have already bought the part but to my surprise, the price went down by approximately 5% ($15) from his original quote(labor and parts). It took Jeff over 3.5 hours to complete the job. I have yet to ascertain the quality of the part and of the work done but that's the least of my worry since Aone has a lifetime warranty for parts and 1 year warranty for the labor so if bad comes to worse and worse comes to worst, I could just easily call or complain to Jeff W, who gave me all his contact info when I told him that i intend to use his services instead of using and depending on Yourmechanic.com's mechanics. I highly recommend Jeff W from Aone, and suggest if you are to call Aone on a weekend to work on your car/truck, request for Jeff W. read more

No such thing as 10 minute response time. This biz never responded to a 12:07 am message to be fair maybe 12:40 am. This is not 24 hour service. I need an alternator replacement and battery replacement ...called Aone mobile ..last night , I asked how soon can they come, paco told me they will be at my place at 7:00am..this was the time he set...I thought cool no problem ill set my alarm for 630 and get up.....7o clock comes and goes, so I texted at 730 and asked are they still coming , after 10 mins he finally texted back and said can he come later , he worked late last night, I texted and said ok but I got up cause he told me 7 am ..so he doesn't say what time , so I text and said what time later, he said 12 noon...I texted and said are you for sure coming at 12 noon? no reply....I found another mobile company that im going with.....and I texted paco and just said cancel...NO COMMUNICATION that he couldn't make it at 7 , just left me hanging......NO APOLOGY .....if that's how he do business then I want no parts of their service and that's $800.00 he just lost , I don't care what the other reviews say, customer service plays a big part read more

My 75 year old mother called this company to have her car worked on. A mechanic named Luis and his sidekick went over to fix a power steering leak. They charged her $220 to tighten a hose clamp they said was loose. They broke plastic fairings on the car, didn't fix the problem, and won't answere my messages. Now the vehicle makes noises it never had. Who knows what these clowns did to the car. They took advantage of a senior citizen! I wouldn't let this company work on my son's tricycle!!! read more

We had them come out to look at our daughters first car. Miguel came out and said what was broken was not broke and just reattached the cracked hose. My daughter and son were there because we were working. So he never replaced anything, charged $150. Gave them no receipt and when my husband arrived he notice all of a sudden we had a leak that was spilling out. That was not an issue before. We have called several times and Miguel never called us back. We got a hold of someone at the company and were told we would need another $95 to have someone come look at it again!!! Wow I just disconnected with a very rude man named "Tramell" on the phone. I tried to tell him that i may need the engine coolant sensor to be replaced to get an estimate but he was very rude and stated that I doubt you even know what your talking about give me the make and model of the car and I told him nevermind thank you and good bye. He just lost my business and left a bad impression, this amazes me, he acted like there's no other competition out there, I would not trust "Tramell" to do any work on my car with that attitude, i got in contact with the manager in order to find out who I spoke with, I appreciate the effort he took to address and investigate this situation in an urgent manner. read more

Absolute waste of money. Took 3 days to get someone out here to fix my air conditioner in my car and when Dwayne finally arrived, he deemed the issue to be the switch. He jerry rigged me a new switch and several days later my fans went out again. He hasn't returned my calls or texts since then and he didn't even finish the work he was paid for. I had a licensed mechanic check it out afterwards and he said that the wiring job Dwayne did could have caused a major fire in my car, it burned the switch and the wiring and now I have to replace my control panel and wiring harness, $960 in parts that he messed up on my car. He was paid $400 for what he did, I basically paid him $400 to mess up my car even more. Cheaper is not always better, lesson learned. I was ripped off big time by this "company" and would not recommend them to anyone. I drive for Uber and Lyft as well and I've made it known on multiple facebook uber pages about this. No one should ever use Aone, and if you do, DO NOT USE DWAYNE. He will rob you blind and make you think he's a great guy...maybe there's a reason he spent years in prison, don't trust these people!
