Brad and Chris have always been very accommodating for my schedule. Unfortunately, had my oil changed yesterday (2/1/24) by Ken and it was sloppily done. While driving the vehicle away it started to smoke, especially while sitting at a stop light. Pulled into a parking lot and opened the hood and smoke started rolling out. At that point noticed a large spill of oil from the fill spout down the engine block. Called and Brad and explained what was going on, took it back so they could clean the mess made by Ken. We know spills happen, but cleaning up after such a spill is the sign of someone who cares about the work that they do. I will definitely be back, but only if Ken does not do a simple oil change.

I waited and waited til i couldn't wait anymore then I left. This time i went early . They open at 10am . I pulled up at 10:01 I saw an employee inside through the window. I asked him "are you opening?" He shook his head "no". I pulled out and waited at the traffic light to make a U-turn . By the time i came around again they had opened up the bay doors for business. I took my car here because the oil light and engine light were on. I asked for a inspection for the…read morecar. I was told that the oil was very bad and needed a new engine. Then I was told that it did not really need a new engine but did need a new transmission. The new transmission would cost me $2K, but that I only needed 80% to do the work and then the rest once complete. So I OK'd the work. I was later contacted by the manager on my phone. He told me I would need a new engine after all and that would cost me another $2K. Since the car would not be safe to drive without the new engine I would either have to pay or the car would need to be left until I did. After many issues and a bank loan I grabed an uber and paid him another $1K (All I had at the time). He wanted this in cash at the nearby Taco Bell. This seemed odd but he told me he could save me some money and that we would be OK we where not doing anything bad. (I am an idiot) So I gave him the money. Then he called me again and said he was wrong and we would need the next $1K, so 1 uber later and a lot of begging from family I gave another $1K in person at the Taco Bell. Then a day or two later he called again and now needed another $2K but he would come to my home to get it. Being so far in now I ended up begging from friends and family again and took another bank loan. He came to my house and I paid him again. Then I finally got my car back. I asked to make sure that it was put back together and the oil was changed. I assured me that the car was in good working order and the oil had been changed. I drove the car for awhile and all seemed well. He then called me at home again and said he needed another $1.5K because his boss found out what we did (I was not aware that we had done anything wrong, but to be fair I really should have) and that I would need to give him the money. At this point I did not have the money but would get my pay check soon. This was not good enough and I got many messages indicated I could get the engine warranty after I paid him. So again my dumb self did. It took me a couple of weeks this time but I finally got the money and he again came to my home to pick it up. However, right after that when we text or call he states he does not know who I am. However, about a month later the oil and engine lights came right back. At this point I can not afford an oil change until my next pay check so I opted to put a couple of quarts in the car until I get my next pay check. After checking the oil level I found that there is no oil in the car at all. The engine does not change gears properly and at random times will loose all power for a bit moving no faster than about 10 MPH. When it changes gears the car shakes like it is falling apart. This is far worse than when I brought the car in initially. After opening the hood I noticed there seems to be a missing parts and many of the wires are visible. Worse, I have no warrenty at all for the work that was done. So now I likely will need a new car I can not afford and seem to be the dumbest person alive because after everything is said and done I in fact should have known better. It seemed wrong and I did it anyway. Under no circumstances should you ever go here. It is a scam and they will rob you.

Did excellent on doing the tasks I requested in very timely manner. They were able work with me on coupon discounts to a reason price, thank you. David check all the reservoir tanks, filling them. Don't know who was under but sure they did I fine also. There was one thing they didn't do, was the windshield. Maybe our suv was to tall or something.
