In the end, it was not the price that sold me on LV Mobile Oil Change and Brakes but what Steven wrote on his price quote, it was the type of oil he was going to use for my vehicle: European specific oil blend. After a couple more text over the app, I made an appointment for Sunday. I received an appointment confirmation and a service call the morning of the appointment (nice touch on the call). Steven arrived on time and after asking him a couple of maintenance questions about my vehicle and future service needs, he went to work on the oil change. Oil change took about 20 minutes (way faster than any dealership or oil change garage). I also had him install a new cabin filter (for a small addition fee). Overall, very happy with the service, Steven is very professional and does a quality job. Will definitely use their service again.

I called the shop, but you can't even speak to someone directly in the store because it routes you to customer service. I had to file a claim. The manager eventually called me, and I explained everything that happened. He asked if there was any way to bring the car back, even though I clearly explained the vehicle was completely inoperable. I even offered to have it towed there myself, but he declined and said either he or a technician would come to my address to inspect the car. It has now been 3 days with no car and no follow-up. They also put coolant in my power steering. Horrible service and definitely scammers trying to make money off me, now I don't know if the engine is still savable since there might already be corrosion internally. Stay away at all costs if ur doing any fluid exchanges with them.
