Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. The phone is great and assuming based on my area of my city this tow truck company came up. After all the calls were made the instructions were it's going to be 45 minutes to get to my location with the truck . We always have to keep faith alive. It was less than the quoted time. Pit bull Towing you saved my Friday! Thank you. Then we could not get the car to behave the driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept everything calm and had lots of patience . The driver dropped the vehicle at the dealership and followed all the instructions given to him. When making a credit card payment you have to call the office and give it to them over the phone, so easy ! Erick was able to accomodate me that afternoon, and brought over a car trailer with winch to transport her car no real issues, took a little bit to load, since the alignment was really off and car was a bit hard to steer onto the transport all in one piece! very reasonable pricing, great guys!
