After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. I get a call from Pars shortly after letting me know the same. I appreciated the update and communication. David was careful when handling my car and kept reassuring me that my flat was definitely repairable. I arrived at the tire shop and the sales rep immediately recommended I buy 4 new tires before having the tech look at it. I told them I came in for a repair I was not prepared to fork out $400+. Turns out the tech said it was just a small nail and was able to patch it! I'm so glad David gave me the reassurance about my tire. Erick was able to accomodate me that afternoon, and brought over a car trailer with winch to transport her car no real issues, took a little bit to load, since the alignment was really off and car was a bit hard to steer onto the transport all in one piece! very reasonable pricing, great guys!
